And near the top of the list. And possibly deservedly so. According to today's National Post, Steve may just immerge from this fiscal year as the golden haired boy, in that the projected deficit of $53.6 billion may be quite a few $billion over the mark. (much to the chagrin of many of the declared Liberals on the forum)
I don't personally have a lot of use for Steve but you have to "give the Devil his due".
