Long gone are the days when people had to slog and move through slowly on a career ladder. Today, millennials are smart, and even with less experience are ready to run companies.
The Millennials are smart because of how they absorb information. The internet has contributed to their intellect and has allowed them to explore things beyond their area, interest, and field.
Introduce the Millennial to a new word or a concept, and in a few minutes they’ll tell you their meanings and everything else you need to know about them. They have all the information they need on the tip of their fingers.
All the new technology, which the millennials are getting to experience, is a great advantage that other generations did not receive. In many ways, technology has helped the Millennials get smarter.

Millinials are so dysfunctional that Fire service now has a course for instructors on how to deal with the babies so they don't have too many meltdowns in the class room. And does anyone seriously think I am going to trust one of them to have my back in a structure fire?
Seeing how this forum lacks generational diversity and that no Millennials have replied to this thread yet, i thought as the Millennial expert of the forum that i'd chime in.
Millennials are just as stupid and smart as previous and future generations.
But damn Millennials please get rid of Facebook because that social comparison thing is really killing us. This is why we have increased anxiety, depression etc.... And just because someone doesn't have Facebook doesn't mean they're trying to be different, cool or unique its just because they don't feel they need it in their lives. So back down!!!
Quit Googling everything because even though it makes you smart for the day, your brain won't remember it as well as when you read a book. Your brain becomes hardwired knowing that the answers are a "click" away so you won't retain internet knowledge in the long term.
Stop getting offended by EVERYTHING. Yes there are things out there that you should be mad at but sometimes it just seems that we look anything to be offended at. Worry about yourselves first instead of crusading over the colour of a twinkie.
