Depends, when I was in the hospital a couple of years ago I over heard a doc explaining it to the guy in the next bed. "You can do whatever you like up until age 50 without any ill effects, how well you do after age 50 depends on what you did prior to age 50". Thank Christ I started behaving myself at age 45!
