I've always had an attraction to her. Good looking and Bat Crap Crazy. I'm thinking she would be fun for a night or 2..............
In August of 2011, as Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) campaigned for the GOP’s presidential nomination, she vociferously blamed President Barack Obama for high gas prices, pledging to get the cost under $2 a gallon if she’s elected into the White House.
“The day that the president became president gasoline was $1.79 a gallon. Look at what it is today,” she said at an event in Greenville, South Carolina. “Under President Bachmann, you will see gasoline come down below $2 a gallon again. That will happen.”
It appears that Bachmann achieved that goal without ever becoming president, as she proudly pointed out on Twitter Friday morning:
Bachmann wasn’t the only Republican to attribute high gas prices to Obama. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Bachmann’s challenger for the 2012 nomination, predicted that if Obama was reelected he would push gas to “$10 a gallon.” He promised $2.50 gas if he was elected.
In March 2012, Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) predicted that if Obama was reelected gas would cost $5.45 per gallon by the start 2015.
But today, the nationwide average for a gallon of gas is $2.24 and can be purchased for under $2 in at least 33 states.

n an interview with Religious Right radio host Jan Markell this weekend, former Rep. Michele Bachmann once again claimed that President Obama is ushering in the End Times, this time citing the nuclear agreement with Iran as proof of the arrival of the Last Days.
Bachmann claimed that the unanimous UN Security Council vote to approve the agreement was “the most important national security event of my lifetime” because it fulfilled the prophecy of Zechariah 12:3 that all the nations of the world will unite against Israel, “with the United States leading that charge.” She added that God and “heaven’s armies” will use groups like AIPAC to defeat the deal in Congress and in doing so “prove to the world His power and His strength.”
“There are consequences to doing things like this against God’s covenant land, there are horrible consequences,” Markell said. “Then you throw in some other things such as the Supreme Court decision back in late June and a lot of other things. Judgment isn’t just coming; judgment is already here.
Bachmann told listeners that they should feel “encouraged” by the fact that they are living in the End Times, explaining that these dark times are actually the best time to be alive since that means the world will soon come to an end.
“The prophets longed to live in this day that you and I are privileged to live in,” Bachmann said.

Local political commentators are saying the GOP might consider her as VP in the 2016 ticket. They feel front runner Trump is too extreme and not a winnable candidate. Therefore, their party might nominate Jeb Bush who is perceived as "too liberal" for the Tea Baggers. They feel she as VP with Bush is a winning combo as her right wing leanings will balance out the ticket - at least that's so in their minds.

Yesterday’s bombings in Brussels, Belgium, were a manifestation of frustration, pain, and hate in the form of a vortex of blood and steel. It was an abhorrent act of destruction in a city of legendary beauty; targeting the innocent and the vulnerable, a sin of the worst kind.
But equally abhorrent are those who would dare insult the lives lost by twisting their deaths and the pain of their families into a platform to propagate the same kind of religious fanaticism and hatred that inspired the bombings in the first place.
Unfortunately, in America there are no shortage of vicious contenders willing to pick up that mantle. Former Representative and unrepentant religious extremist Michelle Bachmann (R-MN) took to her column at the “WorldNetDaily” to blame the Brussels bombings on President Obama as penance for his “abandonment” of Israel and his successful re-establishment of diplomatic relations with the Republic of Cuba.
The rest of her ramblings are nothing but delusional paranoia mixed with evangelical prophecies from Revelations that doesn’t deserve to be addressed by a civilized and secular nation. But it is truly despicable that this foul woman would dare to desecrate the graves of those lost in Belgium before they’ve even been buried. She has turned their deaths into an polito-apocalyptic condemnation that would resonate with the murderous fanatics of Daesh (ISIS/ISIL), and she is guilty of the same appalling extremism that they are.

History changed less than 24 hours later in the blink of an eye, and the rug was pulled out from under his well-laid plans.
Obama’s slavish press corps was forced to turn their uncritical gaze from adoring him to revealing the newest carnage in Brussels.
Our eyes were spellbound.
The only refutable point here is that President Obama has certainly not “abandoned” the nation of Israel. He just offered them an aid package of $30 billion over the next ten years. Under the government of Benyamin Netanyahu, Israel has begun taking the US-Israeli relationship for granted – and the President has not been afraid to call them out for purposefully aggravating the tense situation between Israel and the Palestinian enclaves of Gaza and the West Bank. That’s just basic international relations. God raised up Donald Trump to be the Republican presidential nominee, Michele Bachmann said in an interview with a Christian news channel released Tuesday.
“I don’t think God sits things out. He’s a sovereign God. Donald Trump became our nominee. I think it’s very likely that in the day that we live in, that Donald Trump is the only individual who could win in a general election of the 17 who ran,” the former Minnesota congresswoman told CBN News’ The Brody File.

In the interview, which was filmed in her home in Minnesota last Friday, Bachmann said even though she supported Ted Cruz during the Republican primaries, the Book of Daniel “teaches us that the most high God lifts up who He will and takes down who he will,” which is why she will support the Republican candidate.
“I actually supported Ted Cruz. I thought he was fabulous, but I also see that at the end of the day God raised up, I believe, Donald Trump who was going to be the nominee in this election,” she said.
The former Republican presidential candidate is one of more than 20 members of Trump’s evangelical advisory board announced in June.
“Maybe I’m wrong, I don’t know, but I do know that the Bible is true and that Daniel teaches the most high God which is one of God’s names is the one who lifts up who He will and takes down who He will and so that’s why my prayers and my actions and my work on a daily basis is to make sure that Donald Trump becomes ‘President Trump’ the first Tuesday of November this 2016,” Bachmann added.

Michele Bachmann: Hate Crimes Hotline Is A Violation Of The Separation Of Church And State
Last month, Minneapolis announced that a hotline had been established to allow residents to report hate crimes, which include “any crime against a person or property motivated by prejudice against someone’s race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender or gender identity. This includes prejudice-motivated property damage (including graffiti), stalking and assault.”
Bachmann claimed that this hotline is really an attempt to outlaw criticism of Islam and institute Sharia law, insisting that its creation is a violation of the separation of church and state.
“What we’re seeing is that hotlines are being set up by units of government for the purpose of encouraging people to call in and rat on their fellow man to report a hate crime,” she warned. “What they’re trying to do is implement anti-blasphemy laws. They’re trying to implement Islamic Sharia law locally in order to quiet churches and quiet anybody who would talk about what the truth is about Islam.”
“What they want is civilization jihad,” Bachmann continued. “They want jihad through the court system to silence speech because when you take away someone’s speech rights to speak out—like we’re doing right now, to tell the truth about something—then it’s game over … There should be a lawsuit filed against the city of Minneapolis for doing this.
