The practical solution of the Mexican-USA problem of the borders is:

the US government or billionaires better make factories in Mexico, and let the Mexican workers work in such factories.
So such billions for building the wall will be preserved and the workers will work and prosperity of people will result, and they will not go to the USA or other countries.
