Deflection. He's pretty embarrassed that he got duped. I doubt he fooling anybody.

Plus he's mad. He's paying for the wall.

Guess he'll be happy enough when it all comes to nothing. Trump's not going to build a wall or have one built. It was a ridiculous proposition from the get-go.

They are feeling a little extra salty... and perhaps a little cheated.

Actually, I feel some concern for well being, given you need to believe that everyone who disbelieves in your magical wall is...salty. Keep it up and we'll have to start calling you Annie.

By all the saltiness expressed on this forum one would think that Canadians are going to pay for the wall.

Mexico is going to pay for the wall... not Canada. geez.

I'm actually torn on the issue. On the one hand, I know that a strong US economy is good for Canada. Reduced spending, lower taxes, a balanced budget and increased trade would go along way to promote that end. Trump's idiotic policies are completely counter productive. In that respect, I hope he fails miserably.

On the other hand. Whatching a Trumpite like ES wind himself into a tizzy when he has to pay more and more for no benefit is going to be fun to watch. He's accepted that he's going to pay for the wall and he's in a complete dither today. Too funny....and salty

"caches of money would offset costs to taxpayers"

Mexico is going to pay for the wall...

Maybe you wouldn't be so salty from embarassment if you just picked one version of reality and stuck with it

I don't think will get a wall built. If the fence ain't working what's a wall going to do?

Unless Trump plans to put his brand on it...steaks, universities, walls...

I don't think the walls going to get built either. That was just Trump trying to rally the racists. The plain reality is that Trump can't do anything without money and Congress gives him the money. He doesn't have great support in Congress and what he does have, he's losing by the day.
