Yeah it sucks. What could be an alternative way though to help someone with sciatica when they lay in bed at night in agony just hoping to fall asleep. Catch 22 sometimes. Pain management is big business because there is lots of pain out there.

Tea made from coco leaves is a pretty mild pain killer, and you can do lots of physical activities after a cup or two. (should that be a desire, it isn't mandatory like it is with speed or crack)
I'm also pretty sure the Gypsy lady that lived down the block made the best bread in that she grew her own poppies and added the opium to the flour. Moderation seems to be the key.
