Also, to invest electricity fees into reneywable resources would be reasonable too if that is what's needed.

It's not equal at all. MB residents are subsidizing MN and ND residents. 6.5 cents per Kwh in ND and 6.77 cents per Kw/h in MB.

The frustration is not with paying our fair share, but with some being more equal than others it would seem.
