Thats a risk for sure lol... Its a tempting fate though when the driest spot in the forest after 3 days of rain in under them spruces... The natural smoking pain reliever helps too :)

I hear what you're saying. I've camped out under a huge pine tree during a rainstorm before(didn't get any ticks, thank goodness). It is quite comfortable, and the smell is quite nice as well.

that works for sure man....

pink and orange are the colours for sure (no contest) though the neon green sometimes looks like very fresh spruce buds sometimes when the sunlight is all funny.... Blue and red some times get all messed up to see when you walk through thick bush during funny lighting...
I use pink orange yellow, the orange is always longer to ensure it''s my tape and always tied at eye level.
