ya but that's why she's in all this trouble is because she thinks she's gods gift to the world and she deserves all her fame and money and attention she gets...

if her parents had brought her up normal like me and you and Joe.. she'd probably have been fine.

Maybe but I have personal experience with people who were brought up with down to earth values and made to earn their privileges and still managed to screw up. Some people are just strong willed and self willed and are bound and determined to do things THEIR way. They want the short term pleasure and to hell with the long term damage.

she's just young and stupid.

That's a stage we all went through, the lucky ones get through it before they are old enough to make important decisions and some are still stupid into their 40s and 50s. I always figured smart people learn through other's mistakes, average people learn through their own mistakes and stupid bastards never learn.:lol::lol:

Why thank you.... I had a problem with painkillers in the days before it became fashionable. Can I still assume I'm normal in the eyes of the saintly and wholesome?

All that means is you're more famous, rich, and spoiled, than you ever realized. lol.

I feel that the law is out of line in this case. This all stemmed from a motor vehicle dui (and/or drugs). As long as she doesn't drive impaired (or drive at all), what business is it to anyone, including the courts?

Ooooooooh, looks like you just don't get it any more than she does. It's called contempt of court- judges tend to frown on that. Also judges don't have much time for people who are deliberately stupid. If I was the judge she would more than likely be looking at 30 months.:lol::lol::lol:

My issue is why is it a court issue to begin with? Ban her for life from driving if need be. Why should the court care how she lives the rest of her life?

That is a good question. Perhaps at times you get a compassionate judge who was acting in her long term best interests.

Her violation stemmed from cocaine use, and that is a drug with many ties into organized crime. Just because she is a celebrity(and I use that term loosely) doesn't mean that she should be allowed to ignore the laws that affect regular people like you or I. If you or I had violated our parole in a similar manner as her, we would be going back to jail.

I honestly think that she should go to jail for a while, on the charge of Felony Stupidity.

The way she is going I doubt she will even be alive in five years(through excess drug and alcohol usage).
