The opening OP question aligns with the views of a Satanist if you ask me (not necessarily a bad thing). But heck, who are we kidding, there is life after death for us. Most of us have witnessed some sort of miracle in life or blind fluke coincidence of sort already suggesting a great orchestrator. Some are even lucky and witness great miracles. The fabric of society cannot be distorted with absolute certainty of an afterlife and that is why agnostics and sceptics have a hard time in life as they were drawn a short end of the straw. Perspective means a lot, and I am confident that in this elusive dark matter-like parallel universe reigns a brand new world ready to embrace us as we leave this one. However, the concept of everlasting life to me is juvenile in every account. Life is certainly long, and it varies from individual to individual, but think carefully, how long do you want to live?
I disagree with the notion that life's only purpose is to 'live free'. To live free leads to lack of discipline, immorality, and great evils. We are all in this together and it is with well founded reason and rationality that one can be truly FREE! Wisdom is sacred...
