It could, yes. Could come up with an incentive program to combat that. That opens the door to waste.
Conservation doesn't always have to be commanded by punitive measures.

I think the idea is not without merit, but I'd rather see utilities (Water, hydro, gas) made nonprofit public entities, and made available for residential use at no cost. Having all costs covered by commercial use. Then go from there.
With all due respect, I believe you are confusing the issues of rights and remedies. championing a right is much better than championing a remedy, imo.
In Greece it is not entitlement its the fact that everyone cheats the taxman
Which of course only makes cascade failure a bigger threat. With blockchain they would.
Why not extend that to the banking 'industry' as commercial use is 99% of the transactions on any given day? Overdraft fees on the accounts of the poor are the ones donating billions ever quarter as 'interest paymrnts'.I think the idea is not without merit, but I'd rather see utilities (Water, hydro, gas) made nonprofit public entities, and made available for residential use at no cost. The adults are having a conversation. Why don't you go back to your Joo hating threads, and bring up the Rothschilds there, M'kay. Why not extend that to the banking 'industry' as commercial use is 99% of the transactions on any given day? I'm always so impressed when you help me prove a point.
Is this a serious question? How does blockchain make a cascade failure a bigger threat?
This should be interesting, bear giving a serious answer. Is this a serious question?
What bottleneck, if you have a Canadian birth certificate you qualify for the payment. In theory the children should be getting their own payments (bank-card) that is supposed to be spent by them rather than by the parents on beer and other (not so) adult toys.Bottlenecks
I can't find the article, so I'm breaking this down from memory... Public decentralized databases leave the potential for the insertion of corrupt data or malicious code in an attempt to cause cascade failure or mine data.Yes.
Again, this where adults are talking. Please confine yourself to your Joo hating threads. You can cry about the Rothschils there. This should be interesting, bear giving a serious answer.
A financial thread where mentioning the World Bank is equal to being anti-semetic. That about sum you up?

If the trend is getting cooler then the northern living allowance should be applied to people that are now south of the current dividing line.

I hope that helps.
ETA, I believe it was a report from INTERPOL
Just the retired ones.
That would work well up until the point where some poor bastard dies because he doesn't have the cash!![]()
If the population of Canada is, let's say 40 million Government could give every adult citizen 1 million $s per year on a monthly payment plan, eliminate all other payments and pensions and still be money ahead. That ought to provide adequately for everyone.
I'm not being ridiculous. These things ARE indeed basic necessities. Why should other people have them just because they can afford them?
