Somehow you seem adept at using some kind of grammatical calculus and sophistry to totally misrepresent my opinions. I have never stated pedophilia was 'okay'. I have stated by far and away the Church's primary problem is pederasty, the abuse of vulnerable teenage boys by predatory, homosexual priest imposters.
Homosexuality is to its core ABNORMAL. No laws, no modern zeitgeist, or 'enlightened' opinions will ever change that. It's primary victims are those drawn into to the practice of homosexuality itself. That has always produced nothing but misery, futility, disease, addiction, isolation, violence, suicide. But society, or institutions like the Church, shoulder a burden as well.
No where in my posts have I called for the persecution or prosecution of homosexuality. My problem comes from as society that is so confused and morally inchoate that it normalizes, institutionalizes and sacralizes something that is against all natural and supernatural law.. in all societies for all time. These laws ARE absolute and eternal.
Before you further misrepresent my views, which are in conformity with the Church, I suggest you review the official policy of the RCC with respect to homosexuality and the practice of homsexuality. It was penned by Card. Joseph Ratzinger (Benedict XVI) when he was Prefect for the Congregation of the Doctrine of the Faith. Try to find anything but compassion for people afflicted with homosexual desires. At the same time it maintains a clear and concise moral perspective on the phenomenon and condemns the
practice. It maintains that it is well within the will and responsibility of all persons NOT to act on these deviant inclinations.
