But 0% sales from the home owner crying and shaming about the environment.

That's a clear message Floss, why things haven't changed and never will.

The market has spoken

And he drew perhaps the most ovations of any leader who spoke to the assembly. One came when he described the particular challenge facing poorer countries: How to cut emissions, when their economies are growing fastest?

"They shouldn't be punished for a problem they didn't create, nor should they be deprived the opportunities for clean growth that developed nations are now pursuing," Trudeau said.

Developing-country delegations applauded again when he mentioned the $2.65 billion his government budgeted for international-assistance programs geared towards clean-energy programs.

Of course they applauded. Free money from a sucker .... er Canadian PM. I am sure the money will go towards the intended targets of course and not into some solar panels on the roof of the dictators mansion at a 2000% markup.

No it's not.

Again, stop putting a $ bill on every fukking thing.

Creating a carbon tax's whole idea is to create demand for the product where there are none.
This solar BS green energy would have happened years ago if all the greens got off their asses and bought solar panels for their houses. But they don't. They want to save the earth as long as someone else has to do all the work & pay for it.

But don't ask them to vote with their money. Let someone else do the hard work for them. Higher moral standard Hypocrites, all of them.

Come talk to us about the environment when you have solar panels on your roof Floss.

The green movement is only conserned if the public perception is that improvements are happening on the environment. If they wanted real things to happen they would have bought solar panels for their house already a long time ago.

That's because progressives are just concerned with their image they project, not actually saving the planet.

And that's the higher moral standard syndrome I've explained to you already. It's a big shame & guilt trip sham. Where everyone is trying to give the perception they are out doing each other, while doing the least possible to maintain this perception.

It's like when two neighbour are competing for the nicest looking lawn. It's ****ing retarded.

Carbon pricing is meant to reduce carbon emissions.

Look at BC who continuously reduce theirs without compromising their economy.

It's a beautiful thing.

That's right. It stimulates green energy products to cut co2. Creating demand for solar panels when before no one wanted them. Not even you Floss

Canadians want renewable energy to replace fossil fuels.

That much is clear.

That much is clear.

On a moral standard level, but not at the financial higher cost level.
That's why you don't own solar panels yourself Floss.

Perceived reality and reality are two diffrent things Floss.

Yes, I have already known people will not do this on their own and require authority for a while now.

Welcome to the club.

Now please, put your faith in humanity down along with your naive belief in 'personal responsibility' and let's get this shyt done.

Make a green Friday sell on green products, and watch the environmental sector boom.

That's how you'll get this done.

Too expensive.

Needs significant investment which the government will provide (though still not enough imo) to move the market forward.

That's why you need to have people figuring it out in their garage to create competition to drive the prices down.
