He made an appreciation post and then less than an hour after, changed the post to a hate post.

And he still has the sensibility to repeat the same hate spiel over and over again. There's a definite bully complex that he is suffering from.
You want to trash another thread?

Does your hypocrisy have no limits?

The problem is the show host was also an idiot who knew little about much of anything except
to offer simplistic arguments which carried even less weight than Ventura.

The show host is a comedian and the show itself is satirical comedy. This was, after all, the Opie and Anthony Show

The problem with Ventura is the same problem you get with opininated people who like to shout others down and I speak of course of the extreme types in far right and left wing media. When Norton questions some of the statements Ventura made his fall back was, "You're a great American, who did you serve with." This will no doubt stir up a few comments here, but I have always believed that we all hold a right to speak. Even those I vehemently disagree with and while some of the Israel stuff gets tiring or the JBee cut and paste machine is on the edge of pathetic, we still live in a free country.

Ventura throws out the who did you serve with.
Then he tries the intimidation tactic.

Jim Norton, god love him said, "What are you gonna do beat me up?'

That looked good on Ventura, who is either a complete wack job moron or a very shrewd self promoter.

Do you think 911 was an inside job?

I haven't seen any proof that it was. This unlike Gulf of Tonkin where the smoking gun clearly pointed to the government. If someone can produce a similar smoking gun, then I'll believe it was an inside job.

--------------------------------------------

Good to see you haven't out grown your hypocrisy gopher. Whatever you do, don't ever grow up, errr... change, you wouldn't be nearly as entertaining.

LOL! The same mental deficiency you used in describing Mentalfloss. Nice of you to continue to project your delusionalism unto everyone else. You even started a thread on it!

HAHAHAHA!!! What laughable sickness!

Only the last time I visited southern Mexico. The features of the local population are identical to those inscribed on the ancient Mayan ruins.

The adjective Mayan is sometimes used to refer to the indigenous peoples of southeastern Mexico and parts of Central America, such as Guatemala; their culture, language, and history.
You two are confusing Maya, for Mayan.

The pre Columbian Mayan that ES was referring to, no longer exist.

The kind of thinking you two are using, is what had Quebecois showing up on the res looking for 'injins' in headdress and loin clothes, living in tee pees.

LOL! The same mental deficiency you used in describing Mentalfloss.
That's a lie. I never said MF was mentally deficient.

Nice of you to continue to project your delusionalism unto everyone else.
Can you post the definition of delusionalism?

You even started a thread on it!
Ya, and you never did prove your delusions. When asked to do so.

Par for the course with you though.

HAHAHAHA!!! What laughable sickness!
Your sickness, is not a laughing matter. How it manifests however, is.

AMEN!!!!

Said individuals should come requisite with a volume control device. To be used sparingly of course, only to allow others to get a word in edgewise.

Shrewd self promoter, clearly.

Complete wack job morons proselytise from street corners in major metropolitan areas. Shrewd self promoters do it from the guest seat during television interviews.

Oh wow gee you think?
It's not that I think it, I know it.

Homo sapiens from the pre-Columbian era aren't alive today?
If you knew you were wrong, why did you knowingly post a fallacious statement?

Thanks for enlightening me genius.
No problem, I just saw the two of you making an erroneous claim, and thought I'd correct it and keep you honest.

Thanks for admitting I was right. It's a good sign that you may have the potential to grow.

Are they Mayans? Who is the Mayan President or PM? Did they release a statement on the calendar?

Am I to be considered a Celt?

What a minute... are you 10? Are we dealing with a child here?

What are you blabbering about? CDNBear becomes Mr.Obvious so I just resort back with sarcasm.
The Mayans of today (indigenous peoples of southeastern Mexico and parts of Central America, such as Guatemala) say that the 2012 doomsday theory is nothing but a western propagated myth which is what I was saying originally.
I don't know if Ventura is just looking to make some money. The guy doesn't even live in the USA, he's down in bum**** Mexico away from most of the luxuries he could have in the U.S .. He's just generally interested in these conspiracy theories and likes asking questions and getting into discussions.

There are no Mayans of today. The Mayans are gone and all that remains are ruins.

He's just generally interested in these conspiracy theories and likes asking questions and getting into discussions.

He makes a bundle of money off it too. I bet you would host a show like that for his paycheck.

Why is it that you can not back up your statements any other way than by using uncredited wiki quotes?

Ventura is hilarious, and his show often does contain the occasional fact, but as many have said, to make it really outrageous it has to be manipulated. I saw one episode where he was investigating some kind of compound that apparently had people in it, and he used a tactic that he resorts to WAY too often, that is demanding answers he has no right to receive, then stating the lack of answers as proof of whatever wacky thing he is asserting.

The "west of the rockies" show being discussed earlier is called "Coast to Coast" and is available on my local talk radio station and is also streamed online on their website on weeknights, just look for 610 CKTB. I starts at 10 PM EST I believe, but that is just a rerun of the second half of the previous nights show. The "current" episode starts at midnight EST. The show is good background for late-night internet goofery- as someone(Eaglesmack I think maybe) stated, George Nori (sp?) really does work his guests and callers real well, especially the alien/crypto sighting-types- he knows how to whip things right up, but he does so in a non-patronizing way that makes it almost funny most of the time.

Art Bell was more fun.
