I also understand that, by definition, 'fair speech' means that SOMEONE defines what 'fair' is, and by necessity, the people doing the defining change over time.
Apparently, Mentalfloss would be happy to have Trump appointees defining what was 'fair' speech, although he seems oblivious to this point.

Isn't there numerous popular definitions of the limits of free speech. Your may nots are numerous. You could be arrested for speaking too freely. What the fukk is fair speech?
In free speech you are allowed to speak until someone punches you in the mouth, in fair speech you are punched in the mouth first.
