2. Hamas uses women, youngsters, the intellectually challenged as suicide attackers to kill Israeli civilians. Israel uses its military, and does not perform suicide missions.

3. Israel acts in defense of its people............Israel does not wish to murder all Arabs, all Muslims, or even all Palestinians.........Hamas, on the other hand, by its education programs and its charter, shows a desire to kill all Jews.

4. The IDF oversees the flow of aid into Gaza............the IDF oversees Palestinian travels to Israeli hospitals.......the Israelis feed and medically treat Palestinians. The degree of that may be in dispute........but one thing is not.....all Hamas brings Jews is death and violence.

5. There are Muslim Arabs serving in the IDF. How many Jews are in Hamas????

They have the right to inspect and then release, everybody and everything not banned (by the UN) should have been on the boat and then they could head for their original destination Gaza. That is the offer the ships were turning down. They were only given the choice of unloading and then everybody was arrested and deported.

In those 3 or 4 step not everything is according to the 'rules that define the boarding as legal', 1 right and 3 wrongs makes the whole thing wrong and changes need to be made. That is in the works right now.

The Cast Lead operation killed at most 1400 (by Palestinian figures).......in 22 days of attacks on the most densily populated place on earth......and several hundred of those killed were armed militants. FAIL! Seizure of banned items is not theft, and the Israelis are NOT responsible to feed those at war with them (although they do!) The point was not about relative amounts....just that aid does reach the Palestinians through Israeli hands. Funny, I have not noticed any aid packages attached to the rockets Hamas daily fires into Israel!!!​

The part you are missing is there should not have been any war, then or in 1948. Every Palestinian chased off the land from Nov-May was denied the right to return by Israel. The ICC did not rule on that so it is an opinion backed up only by the rule of the gun.
It would seem that Israel has lied to the whole UN when she signed on to be recognized as a Nation. Without the exiles and the declaration there would have been no war. The 33 nations that voted yes were voting for equal right for all Palestinians, Jew and Arab, 700,000 were in exile within 6 months, the UN had no right to recognize them at that point.

UN181 made both places nations no later than Oct 1/'48, the world forgot to follow through on that also. ## Nations and not one of them even read the document by the looks of things.

I'm quite sure Israel is beginning to get the message. Watch they will never be another boarding like the fist one, if they were so sure of being right the Rachael Cory would have been boarded in the same manner.
