Is there a God ?

My proof: Every religion believes there is a god. Yet, all of their image of gods is different. They all know that there is something exsit. When we judge people before we know them, we assume they are already like that. This judgement is the reason for how the different gods look like.

True Almost every ancient culture believed in some sort of divinity , but this point is useless are proof such a divinity exists for two reasons :

1) The fact that a majority of the worlds population subscribes to a belief does not make it true we have over the past 100 years disproved many misconceptions people believed about each other based on race , sex, religion ............
2) Said Ancient cultures quite obviously used god as a means to explain what they do not understand , the Chinese believed that lightning was dragons fighting in the sky we now know it's static electricity , the Greeks believed that Dionysus was responsible for fermenting wine we know now that it is yeast . So yes people have always believed in a god but there has always been much about the world we do not understand so god lives in all the dark places science has not reached yet hopefully with time and advancement this silly superstition will be forgotten .

I think the only successful peace we humans will attain will be at peace with ourselves and not having rules dictated by the various offshoots of those self-appointed people who have given themselves 'holiness' under God throughout the ages.

My conscience - my love for others - my honesty in all matters - and my dedication to my own best life is my religion. I don't need parables for example that nasty man Leviticus gave us spouting hell and damnation and punishment if I don't follow....

Well, what can I say, I mean the subject is: "is there a god?" and by which I can only give my views about it as I see them.

And you know my views are totally biblical. I cannot fear what some may say if I mention my Lords name, but I can find room to exercise by example His graciousness and His love when it calls for.

If each belief were a card in deck , I would hold the whole deck in my hand, and play each card according to it's value or it's suit.

For if I can hold the whole deck in my hand, then which card would offend me? None, for I hold the whole deck.

I used that analogy to demonstrate the universal love which comes from God, that no one card has the corner on belief.

"Who here thinks this balloon is full of oxygen?" To which a few people put up their hands.

"Who here thinks this balloon is full of carbon dioxide?" To which a few more people put up their hands.

"And who here thinks that without any specific evidence other than staring at the outside of a balloon, deciding either way is simply wild speculation?"

Being purely spiritual is to totally deny the flesh. Unfortunately, we cannot attain that status while in the flesh, but we can be made perfect in the body of the one that was purely spiritual.

That one body was given in ransom for all souls, thus all souls being part of that one body.

To exist in the flesh is to experience the attributes of God in the midst of the opposition to God.

The agent of God is the adversary by which all souls must experience in order to know who, what God is and who we are in Him.

We can deny God, a god or no god at all, but we can not of our own selves save who we are since we had no say so in how we came into being.

So, as for me, to know who and what God is, is to know who I am in Him. I than therefore exercise
Who I am in Him by demonstrating those attributes which Him requests.
