Russia, China, North Korea, Belarus and Iran.
Then there are other smaller players...Cuba, Venezuela UAE etc.
That’s a list and not a definition, but these are all allies of Iran, aren’t they?
No idea where Canada stands, but opposing those above currently are Ukraine, America, Israel, Poland & some others in the EU, etc…
Their existence and actions define their dictatorship status.
Perhaps in all fairness, ironically (or Iranically in this case) the dictatorships should define themselves, & their proxies can decide in a vote (
