That usually is said at the end of something, you would hear it more often if you ever left somebody (nations) to their own life (and they were better of than when you entered their lives). When somebody does say 'thank you no, good-bye' you get a snit on and bad-mouth then for decades and make their existence as painful as possible rather than just move on to somebody who wants what you could sell previously.
Okay, correcting your ill informed biased opinions on the topic of America was more fun anyway.
On the off chance that I was right (not ever having actually been to one I took a chance and did a search, this came up. Imagine how much money these places would be generating for the Iranian people if they were filled with many large group tours. (safest for both people). Usually you have to travel for days to be able to access that much territory. (10's of large ski resorts and 100's of miles of mostly deserted beaches (at present). Rather conservitive, already perfect with family packages.
