As for Iran, as much as I dislike the regime, Donald Trump is not the president to wage a war with Iran. Quite frankly, he doesn't take intelligence briefings, which explains a fuck of a lot. He can blow up all the Ayatollahs he wants, and I won't shed a tear, but you can't fight a war with rockets and drones without the use of ground troops. I'm not going to argue with you about Iran or Israel, but I'll agree that the USA will walk away a loser on this one.
Politically, the midterms will be a good indicator of whether this is his swan song.
If the Democrats take the House, Donald is going to become the Lame Duck President.
