An Indiana man accused in the killing of 1-year-old Shaylyn Ammerman faces additional charges in connection with the case, according to KTLA sister station WXIN.

Kyle Parker, 22, is due in court Monday afternoon. Online records show Parker is charged with rape, murder, child molesting, kidnapping, strangulation and aggravated battery in the case.

Last week, Parker was arrested on charges of obstruction of justice, failure to report a dead body and unlawful disposition of a body.

He is accused of kidnapping and raping the girl, using bleach on the toddler’s body to destroy incriminating DNA evidence, and then trying to pin the crime one of her family members, according to newly released court documents obtained by WXIN.

Police took Parker into custody on Thursday, the same day they found the 14-month-old’s body near the White River in Gosport.

Thank God this piece of **** lives in Indiana; if he doesn't fry for this one, then they need to abolish the death penalty. Poor little helpless baby, to experience such a gruesome death. This is why I choose not to believe in a greater intervention, because if he or she can intervene, but choose not to, then I do not want to believe in them, they would not be my type of people.
