Congratulations to all those who managed to score "well" on Canada designed to and evaluate potential immigrants to Canada.

As born Canadians, raised and educated in the Canadian system, why did you not score 100%?
They deduct points for aging. My spoken French is not very good. 93% ain't bad. How's yours?

BTW, China has only about 10 million that are fluent in English. The rest are learning or are not fluent. Funny what you can find for info when you actually look, huh?

Easy to answer. Most Canadians are not bilingual. Fluency in both French and English is required for a perfect score. I lost points for age (I'm over 54), employment (I'm retired), and health (I have serious medical problems). Very few native born Canadians would get perfect points, but the Points System is not designed to force immigrants to get a perfect score, just weed out those who are least desirable.

That little immigration form almost makes it sound like that in order to be Canadian you first must complete those tasks in order to be considered a member of a very exclusive organization.
