Children, kids. People don't want to adopt children that someone ****ed up. It's hard enough adopting someone else's baby and not knowing what kind of personality, medical issues, and psych issues you're getting. Adopting one that someone ****ed up badly enough with to have taken away... that's terrifying to most people.
