Throwing someone out of your restaurant for their political beliefs? I think this establishment would be on thin ice here in Canada if it ever came before the courts.

What constitutes "hate" in our hate laws is way too subjective.

Would it be okay to blackball a teacher from working at a school because he wrote on Facebook that he supports Trump? This is an example of discrimination based on political beliefs. How is it any different than what the owners of that restaurant did to Sarah H?
