Say "no" and miss your flight is different than sitting in your car. They use that against people.

How many terrorists have been caught in these unconstitutional Nazi style road stops?

The checkpoints are looking for illegals. You know that as well as I do.

Similar to when they raided meat plants and removed illegal workers up till the plant nearly closes costing millions in lost revenue, farmers lose a buyer for cattle, pigs, chickens etc.
Then they stopped the sweeps.

Funny how things work.

50 miles from a border or a on state lines? What is the probable cause for stopping a 60 year old white couple in a BMW?

I was referring to Airport Security.
Loved the part where the Officer was going to deport him back to a US State.

Really? I went through "check points" in California that had nothing to do with "illegals".

They have set up many looking for illegals.

Well that's because you're a terrorist.

That is just an excuse for tyranny. There is no such thing as illegal alien terrorist fruit.

Actually, for a brief detention and pat-down, the standard is "reasonable, articulable suspicion that the person has committed or is about to commit a crime." Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1 (1968 ).

And if they do that 30 times at a check stop it then becomes unreasonable if no charges are laid.

Checking citizenship inside the borders, on a public roadway is not a reasonable infringement of a Citizens rights.

Absolutely. The agents in the video did not have reasonable suspicion for a Terry stop. I was simply pointing out that the standard is not probable cause, but reasonable suspicion.

I realize that. I was clarifying the point. Police in Canada have the same right to reasonably detain a person(s).

Yeah, tyranny should be accepted, if you don't accept it you're with the terrorists.

With probable cause.

Yeah it is. What's next? Let them into your house so you can prove you aren't a terrorist?
