British and US companies win Iraq oil contracts
'The Iraqi government is to award a series of key oil contracts to British and US companies later today, fuelling criticism that the Iraq war was largely about oil. The successful companies are expected to include Shell, BP, Exxon Mobil, Chevron and Total. Non-Western companies, notably those in Russia, are expected to lose out.'

Veteran Suicides: 18 every day, 1,000 attempts per month

'Eighteen American war veterans kill themselves every day. One thousand former soldiers receiving care from the Department of Veterans Affairs attempt suicide every month. More veterans are committing suicide than are dying in combat overseas. These are statistics that most Americans don't know, because the Bush administration has refused to tell them. Since the start of the Iraq War, the government has tried to present it as a war without casualties.'

Was rocket moments from striking Continental flight?
On Memorial Day, the Continental pilot reported being startled by his encounter with this object that "went straight up" and left a long white vapor trail. Yet the trail to identifying this object has appeared to run cold since the FAA and the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force launched their investigation into the episode.

We may have just missed a false-flag "terror" attack by "Al Qaeda" (nudge nudge wink wink).
The news story at the time was that the rocket was probably a "hobby" rocket. Well, being a rocket hobbiest myself, this story never made sense. Hobby rockets are too small to be seen by a passenger jet. Amateur rocket enthusiasts have special areas set aside by the FAA to conduct flights, and more to the point, most hobby rocket engines have very short burn times, which means a hobby rocket reaching the altitude of the passenger jet would no longer be trailing a white trail. Certainly hobby or model rockets won't go "20 miles" up as the pilot described. The fact that investigation has "gone cold" since the FAA and the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force took charge signals a cover-up of some kind.

Ron Paul: I hear members of Congress saying "if we could only nuke Iran"
Congressman Ron Paul has warned millions of radio listeners that the US is heading into a deadly confrontation with Iran, revealing his disbelief at members of Congress who have openly voiced support for a pre-emptive nuclear strike on the country.

IMPHO/WP: the same applies to this as "Why the Towers Fell" only the names and situation are different.

In My Personal Humble Opinion and Without Prejudice

Almost seven years after the fact the debate goes on. Why? The truth will never come out about this and why is it so important? So many other mysteries abound about what occurs in the United States and the real truth has never come out. Debating it is like like beating a long dead horse.
It falls into the same category as a couple of other long running debates here and it is truly becoming boring beyond belief.

I will not with all due respect to you all, be a part of any attack on me for I have said all that will or need to be said.

WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT????
9-11 was the second biggest lie ever perpetrated on mankind and you ask why it's so important to uncover the truth........scratch, you can continue to live with your head buried in the sand but you need to cover your arse mate, because someone is going to come along and kick it so bloody hard shortly, you''ll need to shove your toothbrush up there to clean ya teeth, and you can blame it on 9-11/01.
you have a great day mate, and watch ya arse

There have been so many and as I said the truth will never come out, at least not until we are all dead and then who will care. The same applies to declassifying JFK's assassination.
When you don't care, why bother? I'm not long for this world anyway.

Depleted Uranium Situation Worsens
Sadly the known adverse health and environmental hazards from uranium weapons contamination are in our own backyard. The EPA has listed the former Nuclear Metals- Starmet uranium weapons manufacturing site in Concord Ma. On EPA's Superfund National Priority List because it poses a significant risk to public health and the environment. Consequently the community in which our nation was born on April 18, 1775 is now the location of America's own closed dirty bomb factory that will endanger the health and safety of the descendants of our original patriots- "the Minutemen".

Warning: very graphic pictures of the effects of depleted uranium poisoning on children.
Just as with the use of Agent Orange, the leadership at the top of the countries indicated in this article will never admit the true horrors of what they unleashed on thousands of people when they decided that depleted uranium weapons were the way to go.
For these men, the populations of those countries they have attacked with these weapons (to say nothing of their own troops and their families) are perfectly expendable in their quest to force their geopolitical agenda on the world. And being the consummate sociopaths they are, immune to both shame and personal responsibility, they simply see the use of these weapons, (and the consequences), as just "acceptable collateral damage" in the larger picture of what successful outcomes of these wars will bring.
