That's the boys! They cut 'er fine.
good shoot out for canucks, luongo looked very sharp, and some good shooters too.
thats it now till after the all star game.

The game against Edmonton was tied at the end of regulation time. The two teams played through the sudden death overtime
and the Canucks won a longer than usual shoot-out.
Edmonton is the team of the future and always will be!

they better do something about their defense, it is not good enough, and they need another
goalie,
That game ended in a 2 - 2 tie. The Canuck shooters didn't exactly pour goals past the Edmonton goal tender during the shoot-out. I haven't followed the Oilers this year so I don't know their defense usually performs.

I don't make comments like I did from one game, I have watched them many times, and their defense
needs overhauling, those young offensive stars they have, need the management to help them out, by
balancing their team, so they can move forward and have success, they won't as it is now., and a second good goalie to help dubnick (sp?).
I wasn't attacking your comment. Other people mentioned the Edmonton goalie and their defense. I simply was saying that
the Canucks didn't blow them away in the game or during the shoot-out. Edmonton's biggest problem is that they are a small
market team who can't afford their draft choices.
The Canucks were outplayed, but still won. the Hawks seem to have better stick handlers, the way they throw around the puck sometimes is quite amazing.
It may be necessary to trade Schneider for a stud defenceman. The Canuck D was coughing the puck up all night.
Tanev shore up holes from injuries, but he's not a game changer.
As long as mgmt plays Schneider when they need to and let Luongo sit at times. No one players wins the cup. It looks like they are as Luongo needs rest and is getting it. Dramatic changes shouldn't happen unless a great opportunity or need comes up.
