Ah! Fools and their money are soon parted. You may as well light your Bar-B-Q with ten dollar bills.
Better still, give it some poor sot who needs a meal.
I light the BBQ with the wad of losing tickets. I do my level best to make sure that some poor sots get a meal or some clothes on their back. I also help the people in Ontario to continue building up their prize. Shadow is very appreciative of that.

Long drive to Cliff's house from yours. We are BBQing here in Lotus Land but I think it's still a little early for you two birds.

Island - Yup! BBQ is out of the question.
Spade - Not big on curry but I make a mean Teriyaki Chicken stir-fry. Any time your in Nakusp I'll whip one up for either of ya.

We are getting 9 degrees at least everyday. It is going to cool down a little over the weekend but - it is Feb. People will be raking and thinking about some planting next month.
Like you Cliff, we only have a little curry and usually only if our son does the cooking. And also like you - my husband whips up a mean teri chicken stir-fry. Unless he forgets to add the ginger.;-)

That means i'll probably buy a ticket. I buy 5 every quarter, 10 bucks, and i don't check them till the end of the quarter, so i'm not tempted to buy more than my quota. I won't even look at a prize less than 12 million. Chances are one of my tickets will come up, once in the next 650,000 years. I'm hoping its sooner rather than later though.

Hey Coldstream,
Are you from the Vernon area? I bet if the news announces a ticket was won in your area on this next draw, you would be among the first to look. I'm not wishing you any bad luck but I have numerous reasons I would like it myself. All of them valid reasons.
