Potash as you well know is a strategic resource for Canada- With the rapid increase in population from now to 2050 along with increase demands for meats, and other agricultural products Canada would be foolish to sell it off to a foreign company, in Australia that will be a competitor on the world food markets.

We should maintain conrol of Natural resources much in the same way that say Australia does it - They rebuffed a gas/oil deal a number of years ago - Result - Billions invested in the local economy for a local natural resource-
