Actually, I should be afraid of the Iranian bomb. It is a tradition for us to shudder in horror when we contemplate the Iranian centrifuges that stop not even for a moment from their work of enriching uranium. There are even those among us who believe that fear of an Iranian nuclear weapon is a sine qua non for being Israeli. After all, a dangerous and cruel external enemy is needed for the proper management of a totalitarian democracy.
