Northern Ontario,
Here is a new twist for all the non political pundits;-) to ponder.....
Gabrielle Giffords was Jewish ......and one of Jared Lee Lougher's favorite books was Mein Kampf....
So he must be a Jew hater

The Gov't can handle some things.

Was that so hard?

I know balance is a tough concept for some people. It's one of the reasons things are becoming so polarized. Someday you may look in the mirror and see that your attitude is a big part of the problem. Things are not usually as black and white as you seem to portray them sometimes. I'm just glad I was able to get you to accept that your words were perhaps flawed and you were able to reconsider. It is a move in the right direction. Congrats.

Most wingnuts will list one of the two as favorites. To list both as favorites just doubles the insanity.

:) so true. Of course, in this context by "wingnut" I was referring to the lefty term of endearment for members of the "far right".

I assume you're being punny.

Not really, but then again, I'm not you.

So is conceding a point. I'll be surprised when I see you do it.

I doubt it. This is the net. You're taking it to seriously...LMAO!!!

Things are not usually as black and white as you seem to portray them sometimes.
Keywords are important, I'm glad you acknowledged that. I'm even more glad that you fail to grasp exaggerated proclamations, to make a point. But hey, what do I know, I'm just a Joey wannabe. Right?

I'm just glad I was able to get you to accept that your words were perhaps flawed and you were able to reconsider. It is a move in the right direction. Congrats.
Gee thanx, I'm glad you understand that, since you fail to actually do it yourself.

What do they say about those that can't, oh ya, they become teachers.

So, where and when did you serve Cannuck? Or are you still dodging that one?

CDNBear & Cannuck....& others...Cool it, eh? You'll derail the Thread like
this, and I don't have time at this point to correct it, so I'll have to close it
'till someone gets around to cleaning it up.

Please continue is a somewhat civil manner for everyone else's benefit to
avoid this happening.

No problem Ron, but I appear to be Cannuck's new target, and you know how much I love being a target.

He even gave me a new nic!!! I'm now Joey II.

..and was carried on quite nicely by most of the fringe dwellers
To true...

But I don't think you're really that much of a fringe dweller. A good troll, but not really a fringe dweller.

Well maybe, the whole changing the nic thing, really does take time and a modicum of energy to do. And since you seem to be determined to do it all the time now. I can only imagine how serious you think this place is and the power you've given me, that would make that endeavor worth while to you.

What were saying about taking forums seriously?

First, let me say quite clearly that I am disgusted that jbeee would enthusiastically "yawn" (a bit of an oxymoron, I suppose) at not only the shooting of The Honorable Representative Gabrielle Giffords (8th District of Arizona) but, more tragically, the needless deaths of six innocent people. Not only a nine-year-old girl, but also the deaths of three seniors, a fifth person engaged to be married, and The Honorable Chief Judge John McCarthy Roll, now the former Chief Judge of the District Court of Arizona. This much needless death and sorrow is hardly boring, and you, jbeee, should be entirely ashamed of your callous attitude.

As for everyone else suggesting that Palin, and a number of political pundits somehow carry any responsibility for this event--let's be quite clear here. The only person responsible for what happened in Tucsan is the shooter himself. Certainly his ideas may have been shaped in part by political discussions that he had been exposed to, but most people are able to critically analyse what they hear and form reasoned and informed opinions; obviously there were greater mental defficiencies at work here, no one but the shooter can be held responsible for those.

As I've been saying from the beginning.
