Spiteful Bitch Syndrome - wanting to blame the owner of properly stored firearm for the actions of a thief.

Yes- our air headed Bluebyrdie responds with spasmodic outrage whenever her beloved LIE-berals come in for some condemnation for their waste and utterl lack of criminal control!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a truly GOOD THING that she does not own a gun- otherwise Ms. Epitome of Spite would become a public menace after Our idiot Boy Justin is eventually thrown out of office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Instead of her just being a gravy train riding civil service union Hog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The part about her life I enjoy most is her explanation of being so privileged she does not even have to be IN the nurses union or be bothered with striking - to get those fine Hog wages and benefits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nurses living in the CITY are jealous of our Bluebyrdie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Police ask that anyone who was in the area around Storthoaks over the past month who noticed anything out of the ordinary contact Carnduff RCMP at 306-482-4400 or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or submit a tip online at http://www.saskcrimestoppers.com with your information.
The village of Storthoaks is located about 129 kilometres east of Estevan and about 15 kilometres west of the Manitoba border.

========================================================================================================

Yeah- good luck with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I once lived 2 blocks from a cop station and one fine morning I phoned in about a car thief trying to hot wire a car- and it took them FORTY MINUTES to travel 2 blocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anybody recall whether it was Toronto mayor Mel Lastman or His Blondeness David Miller who decided that cops would no longer

respond to burglary complaints- meaning if you came home and found your house broken into and the thieves long gone- cops would

not investigate- you could come to the station to swear out a list of stolen items so your insurance company would pay out for the

items!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same deal if your car was broken into- come to the station and fill in a report for your insurance company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And \i do wonder how many of those reports NEVER GOT FILED????????????????????

Meaning unless there was an arrest - then there was no crime either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And we all KNOW HOW LIE-berals LOVE to FUDGE NUMBERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe this is part of the explanation for LIE-beral claims of reduced crime rates????????????????/

And of course we can also blame plea bargaining that makes major crimes into minor ones and makes minor crimes disappear!!!!!!!!!!

POOR SILLY LIE-berals- NOBODY BELIEVES ANYTHING THEY SPOUT ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I once lived 2 blocks from a cop station and one fine morning I phoned in about a car thief trying to hot wire a car- and it took them FORTY MINUTES to travel 2 blocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......

We live about 12 blocks from the police station. About a decade back the police where chasing someone in our alley who cut into a vacant lot beside our yard (lots of trees at that point) and then came over our 6ft chain-link fence. The Rottweiler trapped him under our BBQ. I called the police to state that we (the Rotti) had their guy trapped in our yard. We could still see the red&blue flashing lights in our alley for the next couple minutes after we'd called in, and then they drove away.

45 minutes later they came back with five cars carrying about 8 officers to arrest they guy they where chasing in our alley. Hard to explain that response time also (other than the guy had really pissed them off and they knew from the call that the dog had him trapped).

There have been thieves since humans walked upright. I only point out the obvious. Who's spiteful now??

The difference is this: ONE HUNDRED YEARS AGO THE THIEVES DID NOT RUN THE GOVT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The thieves DID NOT tell us their lies were for our benefit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were NOT ALLOWED to run up $16 billion dollar yearly deficits and then LIE about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One hundred years ago Our idiot Boy Justin would have been BOOED off the stage or spewing the kind of economic and racist CRAP that is now STANDARD LIE-beral policy!

LIE-berals are so arrogant and blinded by lust for gravy they do not see their polices are nothing but bigger, more costly and more damaging versions of the old NDP Bob Rae Ontari- owe premier DISASTER in which Rae tried to make us rich with borrowed money!

Consider the "economic trick" Our idiot Boy is playing on us- with UGLY CONSEQUENCES::

Oh my, some civil service Working Family Hog claims there is a video out there some place featuring Justin Trudope explaining quantum physics. I have said many times that our prime minister-the Boy with nice hair-for Brains- is not very bright-but get it straight here-I NEVER said he was illiterate-he is merely selfish, arrogant and dangerously muddled in his philosophy and world view.

If our Boy was really smart enough to understand quantum physics then he would also be smart enough to understand economics and his massive record breaking deficits and incredible spending madness are PROOF that he doesn’t understand economics! Boy seems utterly unaware of the harsh cumulative effects of constantly borrowing money for stupid things and then having to pay interest on it-compounded AND amortized!

If Boy cannot understand compound interest (its economics 101) then he certainly cannot understand a tougher subject like quantum physics! And isn’t it nice that Boy CAN read a teleprompter that will put words in his mouth about quantum physics-no need for understanding-just read the teleprompter like the air head media whores that support him! Our foolish Boy has no more understanding of quantum physics than any of the Toronto (Red) Star newspaper reporters who support him! Again-if they understood quantum physics they would also understand BASIC economics and would therefore be gravely worried about the future of Canada due to the LIE-beral inspired spending insanity! The LIE-beral lack of worry is proof of ignorance!

The Boy with the nice hair-for Brains-that foolish man with the understanding of a child-Justin Trudope has said he can `save` the Cdn economy by `stimulating` it-he feels that running us much further into debt will be beneficial somehow? He is apparently unconcerned or perhaps OBLIVIOUS that it is a retread of the crap foisted upon us by that NDP doofus Bob Rae! Consider the flaws in the Trudope argument::

One has only to travel to the nearest shopping mall to get a feel for what the economy REALLY NEEDS! There is all manner of stuff on sale-in a rainbow of colours and sizes and styles......NO SHORTAGE OF ANYTHING......up to and including ultra high end Maserati and Lamborgini sports cars and luxurious corporate jets! Magnificent cuts of steak, great mouth watering slabs of Atlantic salmon, the finest wines......you name it and somebody will bring it SWIFTLY right to your door and ask: will that be CASH OR CHARGE?

Most Cdns can make a sizeable LIST of things they WANT badly. Such as extra cash to pay off mortgage or student loans, money for roof repair or new tires for car or maybe just a new car to replace the old rust bucket. Snow boots for the kids, a new bicycle, a new rug for the house, time to repaint the place .....the list of REAL NEEDS is ENDLESS......but what is NOT endless is the CASH needed to pay for the needs!

WE NEED CASH! WE DON’T NEED MORE DEBT....especially when the LIONS SHARE of that debt will go to providing MORE GRAVY for civil service Working Family HOGS! Trudope has NO plan to stimulate the economy for ordinary people, he plans ONLY to stimulate the economy for already over compensated HOGS....and the rest of us get to pay for his selfish VOTE BUYING actions!

If LIE-berals had to depend on ordinary people to gain power they would be sitting alone in the dark-forgotten and BROKE! LIE-berals derive their power solely from civil service Working family Hogs and from the scavengers that follow in the wake of the Hogs-picking up the crumbs! All manner of hoteliers, concierges, vendors of choice foods and wines, fund managers and investment bankers, real estate agents and many others-a VAST army of people whose business it is to seek out the most wealthy in our society and cater to those `special` people-most of them on a `sunshine list` some place or other! If govt balances its books these spoiled and specially privileged people will have to live and WORK like ordinary Cdns...and they WONT LIKE IT! ALL LIE-beral votes are BOUGHT using tax money taken from the over fifty five percent of Cdn dimwits who don’t vote!

Trudope speaks in CODE when he talks of saving the `middle class`.....fifty years of government debt have made sure that the majority of `middle class` ARE civil servants swallowing up gross quantities of government gravy!

WE have a `service economy`-most of us sell things or repair things made by other nations.....one simply cannot have a solid gold civil service pension on the sort of taxes paid by a waitress or a retail worker or a secretary!

The Ontari-owe high school teachers are in a panic because their pension plan will go bankrupt by about 2018 UNLESS they get FIFTY FIVE BILLION DOLLARS in new cash! OSSTF teachers have the single largest pension fund in North America, Ontari-owe municipal employees have a pension fund in the top 5 and Quebec municipal employees have a pension fund in the top 10 in ALL of North America.....and yet these funds-along with the pensions of ALL other civil service Hogs (19 unions in total at FOUR LEVELS of govt-count them-federal, provincial, municipal and the `arms length` crown corps such as ORNGE. E-health, OPG and colleges and hopsitals) are about to go bust because the entitlements of the Hogs are so gross that their vast financial holdings and routine 20-25 percent return on investment are NOT ENOUGH to keep the Hogs in gravy!

YES, they are all running headlong into bankrupt status IN SPITE of receiving returns on their pensions that ordinary people are NOT ALLOWED BY LAW! WE peons are entitled to make RRSP investments equal to about 18 percent of our salary-assuming we HAVE any money left to invest-and in the previous month 53,000 Cdns LOST their full time jobs and 49,000 Cdns GAINED PART TIME CRAP WORK! But civil service Hogs get paid ONE THIRD MORE than ordinary people for the same work AND Hogs have special permission to gobble up tax deductible RRSP type opportunities that are just about DOUBLE what we are allowed! And still they want MORE.....and no `please` about it Oliver!!!!

The Trudope plan will not save not save the economy, it will simply KILL US OFF!

Hey Ron- I am going to suggest you are looking at the dog cornering the fugitive the wrong way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was there a break down in communications??????????????

Maybe.........................

Or- more likely the cops got ANOTHER CALL OF HIGHER PRIORITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to all the LIE-beral cut backs- being a cop is like being a dog looking at 3 fire hydrants........which one to go to first?????????

So they prioritize!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And that is why it takes A LONG TIME TO GET A COP to come to deal with your stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There aint enough cops to go around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Catching an armed robber is a higher priority for them than catching a store shoplifter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She is probably just traveling and will have some snotty new remarks once she gets herself warmed up by the pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or maybe the weight of her own entitlements grew so heavy she slipped and fell and hurt herself??????????????

IF THAT IS THE CASE THEN We must pray for a swift recovery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Gun debate in Canada: Where lies truth? Part-1

By RCI | english@rcinet.ca
Monday 3 December, 2018 ,

The first of a series of responses to claims about guns in Canada

Canada is facing a federal election in October 2019. With an apparent increase in criminal use of guns, the gun control debate is set to become an election issue with the anti-firearms rhetoric ramping up.
Several statements have been made by the governing Liberal Party of Canada, and by gun-control lobby groups even as the Liberal government mulls a complete ban on handguns and possibly also on so-called “assault weapons”.
Firearms hobby and sporting advocacy groups are not often heard from in this issue.
Their responses to such public statements shows a strong difference to what appears to be those apparently unsubstantiated claims being made by various government and police officials, and gun control lobby groups.
Firing blanks from real revolvers at balloons, the growing sport of cowboy mounted shooting would likely come to an end with a handgun ban. Many businesses, employees, and even tax revenues would also be negatively affected (Ulli Hoeger-via CBC)

Such statements have been refuted by a limited number of mainstream investigative media, but nonetheless these statements continue to be repeated by those officials, gun-control lobby groups and also by many mainstream media outlets.
Domestically sourced crime guns

With the theory that banning private ownership of handguns will reduce, or even eliminate criminal use, several comments by proponents of such a ban have been made to support this claim.
Canadians have long believed that because of our strict gun control laws, most criminals got guns that have been smuggled in from the U.S. Some police claim that “crime” guns are now mostly being sourced in Canada.. Various police and other official claims have been made that up to 50 %, even 60% of crime guns now originate in Canada. This is either through break and enter and theft from legal owners or through so-called “straw purchase”.
“It is a fact that the majority of gun-related crimes in our communities are committed with guns that are domestically-sourced” RCMP Inspector Chris McBryan, Vancouver Sun News 2016.
This statistic is from figures compiled by the Provincial Weapons Enforcement Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police. (OPP). (CBC)

A “straw purchases” whereby a legally licensed individual buys a firearm and then sells it illegally on the black market to someone who is unlicensed and so not allowed to have a gun, handgun or other.
“It’s the main source of how firearms are being purchased and how they come into people’s hands on the streets nowadays,” Sgt. Eric Stewart, head of the Guns and Gangs unit for the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams (ALERT).
These claims have been, and continue to be, widely reported by media and gun-control lobby groups without verification of facts.
QUESTION: How many illegal firearms “crime guns” are actually “domestically sourced” and how realistic is the so-called straw purchase issue?

First an explanation by Nicolas Johnson, editor, TheGunBlog.ca
“Crime gun”: Any firearm, airgun, antique, starter pistol, toy gun, replica, etc. that police think was owned for crime, whether unlawful possession or a violent attack;. e.g., if a pellet gun or nail gun is used to rob a bank, it’s deemed a “crime gun.” Also any firearm with serial number removed.

RESPONSE : Johnson adds, “about 31 percent of firearms seized by Toronto police each year are considered “crime guns.” Toronto police data show the percentage of so-called “crime guns” traced to Canada fell for a second straight year in 2017 to the lowest level in at least four years, contrasting with claims that outlaws are getting more of their firearms from domestic sources.
Only 20 percent of firearms, airguns, toy guns or replicas seized by the Toronto Police Service and deemed “crime guns” were traced to Canada in 2017, the least since at least 2014, according to calculations by TheGunBlog.ca based on police statistics. The earliest year available was 2014.
It is not clear what effect increased restrictions or a ban on handguns would cause for Canada’s Olympic shooting competitors. (via olympic.ca)

More than a third of the so-called “crime guns” seized by Toronto police last year weren’t firearms, and many were never used in a crime, according to an analysis of police data obtained by Dennis Young, fuelling new concern about the reliability of statistics.
The data show 469, or 65 percent, of the 726 “crime guns” seized by Toronto police in 2017 were counted among the three classes of firearms in the Firearms Act: “Non-restricted,” “Restricted” or “Prohibited.” That leaves 35 percent that weren’t firearms regulated by the Firearms Act.
Police use their best judgement when investigating and reporting on complex crimes with imperfect information. But counting non-firearms and non-crimes as “crime guns” makes the data unreliable and undermines trust in police records.
Response: Dennis R Young (retired RCMP) and Gary Mauser (professor emeritus) and others have researched gun issues extensively, often through access to information (ATIP) requests on government and police documents.
From the website Justice for Gun Owners, “Between 2007-2016, StatsCan reports that only 5% of the firearms involved in homicides were registered and used by someone other than the legal owner to commit murder – this percentage includes thefts as well as straw purchases”
Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale who leads the gun-control issue and Bill C-71 with its proposed new restrictions on gun owners has tweeted, “With so many crime guns coming from legitimate domestic sources, we need effective firearm measures that prioritize public safety while ensuring fair treatment for law-abiding firearm owners.” revealed they had no information on stolen firearms whether from private citizens, retailers, museums, police, military or other”.
Presumably legitimate domestic sources means “stolen” from legal owners, or perhaps “straw purchase”.
Canada Border Services Agency shows pistols it has seized attempting to come into Canada (Denis Dossmann/CBC)

Another ATIP request from Mr Young to Public Safety Canada headed by Minister Goodale revealed they had no information on stolen firearms whether from private citizens, retailers, museums, police, military or other.”
Response : Tracey Wilson- VP Public Relations, Canadian Coalition for Firearms Rights
“I attended the Summit on Gun & Gang Violence last March on invitation from the Minister. The resounding issues and complaints brought forth by law enforcement at every level was there was a lack of credible data to verify any of this debate about domestically sourced.
As far as those stolen from legal firearms owners homes – since when is the answer to a victim of crime (theft) to ban them from owning it in the first place? Is this not victim blaming? Have they completely given up on prevention, crime solving and investigative policing?”
Straw Purchases

“The straw purchase issue is high profile because media chooses to use it as an example of lax gun control laws without any statistical evidence, and with unsubstantiated remarks from some law enforcement officer”. B Hagen, NFA.
An ATIP request from Mr Young to Canada’s national police force, The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) indicated that they could find no documents related to so-called “straw purchases” in their files .
Response: Nicolas Johnson- TheGunBlog.ca
– Canada’s biggest municipal police force, Toronto, has quoted the same four straw purchasers for more than two years. That suggests it’s not a major issue, or we’d have a couple more names.
– Is it true that a tiny handful of licensed gun owners sell guns illegally? Yes. Does this reflect a broader or systemic problem? No.
– Canada’s firearm-licensing system is highly controversial and of questionable use for public safety, but it has yielded at least one accidental benefit. We have decades of statistics showing that millions of lawful, legitimate gun owners are the closest thing Canada has to a crimeless demographic
Response: Blair Hagen: National Firearms Association– advocacy group
It is important to remember that the firearms programme and provincial Chief Firearms Officer approve and track all transfers of restricted and prohibited firearms. They can and do investigate every transfer, they can even investigate the license holder making the purchase beyond routine investigations that are in effect now.
I personally have had many cases where license holders making legitimate purchases of multiple restricted firearms have been targeted for secondary investigation, interrogation by firearms officer and even inspection because of the purchase. The fact that it happens at all is being used to justify calls for gun bans. It is the extreme minority of illicit purchase and transfers.
There are two issues not being addressed.
The demand to confiscate the property of Canadians because of the risk of theft or illicit transfer. Since when do you punish people who have broken no laws and confiscate their property, and since when are victims of crimes made responsible for those crimes?
Response : Tracey Wilson- VP Public Relations, Canadian Coalition for Firearms Rights
There have been very few cases of straw purchases, and as Mr Johnson (TheGunBlog.ca) stated, they seem to re-use the same ones over and over to prove a point. Fact is – this is already illegal and I think we’ve got the CFP failing to follow up on things, likely due to the fact they are already over-burdened with bureaucracy. Wait until C-71* kicks in and watch them fall apart. (*The proposed Liberal gun control legislation)
SUMMARY

According to these sources,

  • about a third of “crime guns” seized by police aren’t firearms at all.
  • The claimed number of domestically sourced crime guns stated by the federal government, some police officers, and by gun-control lobby groups is wildly exaggerated at best
  • The claimed number of straw purchases stated by the federal government, some police officers, and by gun-control lobby groups is wildly exaggerated at best

Yeah- 77 percent of hand guns seized in Canada were traced back to United States!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And the other 23v percent of seized guns had their serial numbers filled off so they could not be traced back to United States!!!!!!!!!!!

LIE-berals are so silly when they lie about crime and their idiot catch and release legal system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is an article reminding us of the poisoned nature of LIE-beral law and justice. With some comments of my own in brackets):

Alleged teen killer on bail at time of fatal stabbing.

A Toronto youth was on bail for an alleged armed robbery of another teen when he allegedly fatally stabbed 15-year-old Jack Meldrum in a senseless robbery near Sherway Gardens on Saturday night.

The 15-year-old accused killer, who cannot be legally identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, stood in court with two fingers bandaged on Tuesday and wearing a black Nike hoodie, as he made his first appearance on a second-degree murder charge stemming from Meldrum’s death on the weekend.

The teen was freed on $500 bail on April 13, 2018, one day after he allegedly used a knife to steal from another teen. The alleged victim cannot be identified for legal reasons.

(Gosh- I am so glad that LIE-berals impressed upon the kid the dangers of playing with knives- and of ROBBING PEOPLE! To get caught and then to go right back to work before the ink on your bail application is even dry takes a special sort of defiance! Or a completely ROTTEN LIE-beral legal system!)

The accused, who was coincidentally also scheduled to appear on his earlier robbery charge on Tuesday, moved gingerly in the prisoner’s box due to a healing back wound. He was remanded in custody until his next court appearance — via video — on Sept. 18.

Crown attorney Sarah Leece said the prosecution will be seeking an adult sentence for the youth on the alleged homicide.

His lawyer George Aristos said his client suffered an injury on Saturday night and was treated in hospital overnight, before police arrested him on the murder charge. The accused is being housed at the Roy McMurtry Youth Centre in Brampton.

(Oh? The punk was injured on Saturday night? Was that because a targeted victim FOUGHT BACK?)

Aristos said he expected the earlier, unrelated charge would soon be withdrawn. He asked the court to ensure his client receives “proper medical attention” for his healing injuries while in custody.

(And WHY would the earlier robbery charge be withdrawn? Shall we ask if this is not shameless LIE-beral PLEA BARGAINING in action? LIE-berals love making deals with thugs- in which big crimes become minor and minor crimes become INVISIBLE and it all saves on GRAVY FOR LIE-berals by limiting court costs and jail time for thugs!)

Meldrum was knifed to death in the west end in what his father Steve Meldrum called “a senseless act of violence.” It’s alleged the homicide occurred during a botched robbery.

Meldrum’s family has expressed their love for Meldrum who possessed a keen sense of humour and a gentle, kind way with younger relatives.

“This is the most confusing, surreal emotional experience that I could imagine any family going through,” wrote Jack’s cousin, Kelly Meldrum, on Facebook.

“I am at a complete loss for words, Jack Meldrum we will all miss you.”

(Yeah- your kid gets murdered by some thug that ought to be in jail but instead is on the loose and making more trouble, thanks to lazy and sloppy LIE-berals and it would be a hard thing to deal with!)

it pisses me off how they can create a term like 'crime guns' and then bolster the numbers so bad that 35% of 'crime guns' aren't firearms.
