If someone places themselves at one extreme side of a subject, and I counter balance their opinion with the opposite extreme. Usually the truth is somewhere in the middle of that.

I fully agree with that, but most of us are only human and it just takes a couple of resident dodos to push us over the edge occasionally.

The entire milk river aquifer does not provide water that meets Canadian drinking water standards. Therefore everybody from south of Lethbridge all the way to the Saskatistan border, that are on municipal water, don't have access to water that meets Canadian drinking water standards. Fortunately for taxpayers, they aren't aboriginal so they can just go and buy bottled water. The problem with water quality has nothing to do with race and everything to do with the cost of providing quality water to smaller populations but that doesn't sell newspapers
Well some people need to realize this , and stop treating every situation like it's as easy as spending unlimited money.
Well, I'm being somewhat sarcastic. The reality is the government loves to fix problems that don't really exist. I know of municipalities that are having new treatment plants that the public does not want, forced on them by the government and utility bills will increase more than the cost of bottled water or renting a reverse osmosis system. I can't help but wonder though, what would have happened if a Hutterite colony complained about the quality of the water. Would we send Mansbridge to the scene to report first hand on the airlift of Abe and his family?

Cliffy's opinion is yes. We basically need to just hand everything over to the natives or will all go to hell.
As I've said before, Cliffy is just bitter because he hates western culture and it is precisely that culture that the rest of the world yearns for. If the aboriginal culture was so great, rich white teen boys would be adopting that instead of the African American culture.
