Something to think about selfsame:

Who said I don't do good to neighbors: Christians or Muslims!?

I mean: may God let your mother be delighted by your cleverness! :lol:

This is a parable we say to little girl or boy when he does a good deed; like bravo for your post #15 how excellent and brilliant are you :lol:
===============================================================

God is the Provider; in English they say: Providence.

God is the Provider, and the best One to provide: He knows the advantage of His servants: some of them will be good if his provision is abundant, while others will be haughty when his provision is increased and will be over-proud and may blaspheme and deny the Next Life.
While others will be righteous when his provision increases and will give charity and help others.

Quran 42: 27, which means:

{Had God expanded the provision for [all] His servants [as do they ask for], they would have been insolent [being ungrateful and transgressors] in the earth,

but He sends down [the provision] according to a proper measure [with His wisdom] as He pleases.
Indeed, He is All-Aware and All-Seeing of His servants.
}

The interpretation is by Mohammed-Ali Hassan Al-Hilly.

Neither can Jesus, nor Mohammed, nor Moses or other prophets and saints, all these cannot provide man.

Quran 29: 17, which means:
{Surely those – apart from God – whom you worship cannot control any provision for you; therefore seek provision with God b }
...................................................................

b It means: Don’t ask your provision from the idols because they cannot do that, but ask provision from God.

All animals and birds go by day or night, in the air, ground and sea to seek after provision.

Quran 34: 2
{[God] knows what [animal] goes inside the earth f and what [animal] comes out of it g, and what [birds] descend from the sky h and what [flying animals] ascend through it [seeking after provision]i, and He is the Most Merciful j, the Most Forgiving k.}
........................................................

f And He gives it its provision while it is in its place.

g Seeking after provision, and so He prepares for it its provision in time and place.

h Seeking after provision and livelihood.

i So that He prepares provision for each of these.

j To His creatures, for He prepared for them their provisions.

k To anyone compassionate and kind to His creatures.

Therefore, the animals which find their provision, while they are under the ground, are those living on roots of trees and plants.
While the animals which go out of the earth to seek after their provision, they are so many like the mouse, the snake, the rabbit, the lizard and others.

On the other hand, those which descend from the sky are the birds which eat seeds and others.
While those which ascend into the sky seeking after their provision are the bat which flies by night to eat the insects from the sky like the mosquito, the bug, the butterfly and others.

Among the most strange among creatures of God – be glorified – which I saw, and which receives its provision while it is in its place under the ground, is a small mammal like the rat called ‘Abu Amaya’ existing in [Iraq] the Nineveh Governorate in a village called ‘Abu Saif’ and also in the village of ‘Al-Khirba’.
Its length is three inches, walking on four limbs; it has neither tail nor eye. I did not believe that until I saw it with my own eyes and caught it with my hands and searched in his head, and I did not find it having eyes.
It is a quiet animal, does not hurt the one who catches it neither by its hands nor by its teeth. It lives on the roots of plants; it has teeth in its lower jaw by which it dig in the ground, and take out the dust by its hands and forms tunnels for it under the ground.

So blessed be God, the Lord of the worlds, the Creator of the creation, the Generous with His provision, Who provides for this blind animal in its place under the ground.

The interpretation is by Mohammed-Ali Hassan Al-Hilly.

Such animal, about three inches long, was called Abu Amaya, locally in the villages near Mosul at that time (in the fifties of the last century.)

But it may not be known as such in the Wikipedia or the alike.

Your search in Google may lead you to some location in Abu Dhabi in the Emirates.

The animal has a wide range according to google, a very interesting mole sort of mammal, its eyes are under the skin, its lips are behind the lower front teeth.

Thank you darkbeaver.
This seems much like the description given by Abu abd-Allah about this Abu Amaya:

This Abu Amaya, which denote it is blind, which I mentioned in the post #24, quoting that from the interpreter of the Quran:
"Among the most strange among creatures of God – be glorified – which I saw, and which receives its provision while it is in its place under the ground, is a small mammal like the rat called ‘Abu Amaya’ existing in [Iraq] the Nineveh Governorate in a village called ‘Abu Saif’ and also in the village of ‘Al-Khirba’.

I notice that you left out Jews, Gays, Atheists etc. They are all your neighbours and children of god so deserve just as much kindness.

There are no Jews among our neighbors; while to the rest: I don't like them.

"Who is Manitou?" an Algonquin chant asks. "He that goeth with the Serpent"--the god who lives with and tames the lower self. The widespread use of such terms as Manitou, Mana and Manna to indicate a spirit power in man and things is indicative of much. The words connote "magical power" as believed to be possessed by every tribal medicine-man. The probability is that the term is of kindred root with the word "man" itself, and Manas (Sanskrit), "mind."http://pc93.tripod.com/lostlght.htm

( I remember running accross that revelation in that old book at the above link. Somewhere in those old books is also an explanation of the totem pole. )

God or Goddess needs to provide me with a wealthy wife for Christmas or Chanukkah in order to prove the OP's point.

God does not need, it is we that need; and God is not obliged to do that, but you have to pray and supplicate, and should not be proud over your Lord; man should lower himself to God then pray Him: this is the worship, or else there is no worship and no obedience.
He will give you whatever you want, if that is reasonable and advantageous for you in reality.
