I've often said that Islam is medieval and has yet to go through a reformation as Judaism and Christianity have.

Unfortunately both chickens and rabbits would turn our backyard into a fast food restaurant for our local coyote populations
lol We have a large yote population here, too. That and we have marauding cougar and nosy black bears. Our old dog, Ringo and his brother Bernie from next door used to leep the yote population down. They'd go off hunting together. He's gone now and I sure miss him. But now we have two entirely way too hyper, noisy, and intelligent border collies, no black bear or cougar comes close. And after a ancient grizzly (poor old dude had a really wormy liver, his teeth were flatter than cow teeth, and he only weighed about 700 pounds he was so old) broke through a wall of my feed shed, we build a combo coop and feed shed from those 8" x 8" x 16" concrete hollow blocks, I haven't had a problem at all with local critters looking for easy meals. I think it also helps that I leave them some fruit on my trees and they can have whatever falls to the ground.

Nice! Our coyotes are fully urban city dwellers. My dogs are small (25lbs and 16lbs) they'd just be an easy meal for our coyotes. Once, while walking them through a overgrown meadow area, I'd come around the side of a small hill (5 ft high) and nearly stepped on one. It jumped up rather quickly. I jumped back rather quickly. It moved off about 2 feet and then just stared at me. I think we were both equally shocked at my ability to inadvertently sneak up in on it. I learned that my voice gets distrubingly low and growly when I'm frightened and I swear alot. I had both dogs off leash and was super worried for them. I wish I'd had the dogs on a leash cause it would have afforded me a great opportunity to get some pictures and to watch the coyote for awhile. She was quite small.

I wish we were more in the country and had more land. I love to putter around and I love to watch the coyotes, cougars, bears, raccoons, skunks, etc.

Last week my son interrupted a cougar munching on a rabbit in his driveway. COugar took off into the trees and growled at him when he went to inspect what was left on the ground. He went in the house and the cougar came back to finish dinner. Kids got to watch it.

Coons are the biggest pitb around here. They tear things apart just to see if there's anything worthwhile. But any of the other critters around here are cool. We have loads of them, too.

That's cool. They are interesting cats for sure. They sure can leap. Saw one leap about 8 or 9 meters from a crouch one time. That is impressive.

wow, nice. I've only seen a cougar once...at the zoo. Although I suspect there was a cougar on a hike I took with my dogs around Matheson lake in Mitchosen awhile back. Our pitbull refused to walk any further and was growling staring straight ahead. She was such a sweet gentle dog, that any aggression from her was a concern. I didn't explore further, we just turned around and left.

Around the Boston Bar area we were riding the trails and watched a young black bear attempt to climb up a steep embankment. From the safety of horseback we watched as it tumbled down several times. Poor thing.

I'm hoping that in the next couple years to be able to take one of the bear watching tours up in Bella Coola. That would be the highlight of my life! I'll need a way better camera first though. lol

We went and hiked a bit of the Khutzeymateen one time on holidays. Went up to PG to visit youngest daughter, to Terrace, Anahim Lake, Watson Lake, and Stewart to see friends, and then went for the hike. What an awesome time.

Atheists say their words of assertion which are not correct.
God is Almighty and can terminate all people on the entire earth in one minute.
But out of His mercy and grace, He gives them respite: the respite is till the death appointment of each one of them; then when man dies, he will be in God's capture.

35: 45., which means:
{If God should [hasten to] take men to task [and punish them] for what [sins] they earn, He would not leave on the surface [of the earth] even one moving creature [man or animal.] o
But He defers them to a ‘stated decreed time’ p, and when their ‘decreed time’ comes q, then God is Ever-Discerning His servants r.}
.......................................................
o But all of them would have died.
p Which is the last day of their life time.
q By death.
r When He will punish the disbelievers and show mercy to the believers in the Barzakh world [: the Afterlife.]

The interpretation is by Mohammed-Ali Hassan Al-Hilly.

God - be glorified - sets a seal on the heart of the disbeliever, and lays a covering on his eyesight and an impairment on his hearing lest he may understand and believe.

Therefore, anyone speaks to the unbeliever, whom God does not like to guide, and tells him every evidence, argument and proof, the unbeliever will not respond (unless God wants to guide anyone.)

So some may have a misconception that disbelievers or atheists do not believe because of defective argument and that they do not find it logical because the belief is wrong and the religion of God is wrong!

No, it is not like that.

God Himself does not want them to believe, but He sends the apostle to be an argument against them lest they should not say in the Next Life: we were not warned and no apostle came to us.

So the angels will tell them: apostles and warners came to you, but you only mocked and ridiculed, so now suffer the chastisement. In fact God did not guide you, because you were wrong-doers.

God is fictious and can't help any people on the earth as proven by the fact that he has done nothing.
For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. Ecclesiastes 9:5

there, fixed it for you ;)

certain as death and taxes
something seems to be missing from that phrase...

I always want to ask a true believer just which of the over 30,000 OFFICIAL versions of the faith is the true one
not to mention when they say the "LIVING" god
so, where does he live?
not palistein I hope

Had God willed, He could have guide all people and all of them would have been believers exclusively devoting their worship to Him alone without associate or son or equal.
But He does not guide the wrong-doer who transgresses on people and on their rights, and so such one will be a disbeliever: either an atheist or an enthusiastic, and so He will admit such disbeliever to Hell forever.

So when the apostle or messenger comes to invite people to God, those prepared for the guidance and who deserve it will respond and believe, while those doing wrong and who do not help the weak and the poor: such wrong-doers will not respond, but will oppose the messenger and listen to the suggestions of Satan who will increase them in disbelief and wrong-doing.
10: 99-100, which means:
{ 99. [O Mohammed,] if your Lord had willed, all those in the earth as a whole [: all the planets] would have believed d.
Then can you compel people to become believers?
100. No soul can believe [according to your will, Mohammed], but only according to God's leave [to His angels to inspire him e.]
And He lays [psychological] illness on those who do not use their reason [but they hold fast with the traditions of their fathers f.]}
....................................................
d i.e. all those in the entire planets would have believed.
e It means: God gives permission to His angels to let him long to the belief, and make him desire in it, by means of inspiring into him, so that he will believe and convert.
f i.e. who do not use their minds, but they cling to the traditions of their fathers.

in the original script of the original people of the cross
(not the wannabees that wiped out the aztecs, killed their priests, and burnt all their books)
(did you know they used native beavers for their hat bands...but there are no beaver dams in that part of the world!)

G = an invisible motive force, wind, gravity
O = the planet
D is the PROTRACTOR or SCALE on the celtic cross...it symbolizes quantization and measurement

they WERE SAILORS!

edit to add:
jesus christ = rich jests us
Islam = I slam

Such is the "graciousness and mercy" of this ridiculous jackass of a god.
If I were a god, I would make two special places for special people: one place would be for intelligent people full of books and "holodecks" for learning and the other place would be for people who are as smart as cows, chewing the same old chewed hay over and over and over and thinking it was grass.

What you are saying is not any discussion, but exactly like the past people who opposed Prophet Mohammed:
{41: 26. And those who disbelieve said [to each other]: Do not listen to this Quran but oppose it with much speaking and [interrupt, the one reciting it, with shouting], so that you may overcome a.}
..........................................................
a i.e. you may overcome the one reciting the Quran, and he may then stop reciting it.

k, but can you have the cows, goats, and all other animals in the place for the smart people? Animals don't deserve to be left with the idiots.

we don't oppose him. We think he's an idiot, a pedophile, and a psychopath who pals around with an imaginary friend. Too bad he wasn't around now, he could get the help he needs cause he clearly has a mental illness.
