Sounds like an Ontario turf war. I hear that in a year or two the Nashville franchise could be in Hamilton. Turf-war cubed.
yeah, right -leafs fans are cheering for Sens ha- Guess that's like us cheering for Calgary
sens played well tonight, lets see if they pull off another one and tie the series.
how did they ever miss that elbow from Pronger, stuck out like a sore thumb.
Wonder if it will be sent into the league.

After the elbow, I think the refs gave a few borderline penalties to Anaheim, especially the one to Getzlaf on the power play in the third period.
:laughing6:
No kidding, I was surprised they didn't trade in their red stripe for a Sens logo!!
Not quite. That final roughing penalty against Ottawa in the third period was a complete joke.
So even when Ottawa wins, Ottawa fans whine?
Go Ducks Go.
Ducks in 5!

This is how every referee should be. Honest.

The NHL has made it a priority to cut down on blows to the head.
That was a deliberate blow to the head.
Even Brian Burke wasn't complaining.
Pronger got a single game suspension for that elbow. What are everyone's comments about that? Do you think he should have gotten more or none at all?:?:
Yeah, priority, "mind your own business!" 8O
What angered the Ducks most was that Senators tough guy Chris Neil didn't receive similar supplementary discipline for a high hit on Andy McDonald midway through the second period of Game 3.
Burke asked Campbell to look closer at that incident and was told to mind his own business.

They need to be fair about it. If they're gonna suspend Pronger they gotta suspend Neil.
Suspension is over the top in my opinion. An elbowing penalty yes, suspension no. If that's all it takes to knock a guy out then they need to convert to non-armour plated pads.
