Some people bitch about anything too.
Canadas first commercial wind farm is right next to me,no ones died or had extreme gastrointestinal problems here in the land of milk and honey and black gold and free wind from B.C.
Getting a tower on your land is like a retirement cheque and free power for life so not many complain.
Just the landowners on the whaleback,3 guys who are activists with the a couple of nutbar enviro groups only so they can get a better price for a ROW on their property.
I know them well,they are coal miners in B.C. raping that provinces environment.
Yet they shut down a big magnetite mine on their property that would have supplied the same mines they worked at.
They also shut down any drilling on the whaleback and the new proposed line to run from the next proposed wind farm.
We just go around or under them.
