That only goes so far too. There's a difference between treating people civilly and having to treat them like a bunch of babies. Watch for "cracks" to develop. Watch for a commotion among the ranks. Sounds like 5 women are already pissed off because they were assigned to "Junior" ministries that pay $20,000 less per annum. Minister of Finance is pulling down $1/4 million per annum and they all think they should be being paid that. F**king brats!

I never heard of any other country's representative dragging along a whole retinue of colleagues. It doesn't seem necessary. The details of the issue can be discussed and debated in Parliament and the representative convey the collective mind set at the convention.
