1994: Baruch Goldstein, a Kiryat Arba physician, bursts into Hebron's Al-Ibrahimi Mosque (Cave of the Patriarchs) and guns down 29 Palestinian worshipers. Mob beats him to death.

1995: Yigal Amir assassinates prime minister Yitzhak Rabin.

2001: As many as five roadside shootings are attributed to an extremist Jewish gang prowling West Bank roads.

March 2002: Bomb goes off in Sur Bahir school, wounding six students and their teacher. The previously unknown group calling itself "The Avengers of the Infants," claims attack.

April 2002: Bat Ayin gang plants large bomb outside A-Tur girls school. Three of its members are arrested. Dvir Zeliger, Ofer Gamliel and Yarden Morag are later sentenced to over 10 years in jail.

September 2002: Five Palestinian children are wounded in a bombing near Yatta, in the South Hebron Hills, that is attributed to Jews.

March 2004: Eliran Golan from Haifa is charged with the attempted murder of an Arab MK.

August 4, 2005: Eden Natan Zada murders four Israeli Arabs, wounds 12 on a bus driving through the village of Shfaram. He is beaten to death by a mob.

August 17, 2005: Asher Weisgan murders four Palestinians and wounds two in a shooting just outside Shiloh.

(San Francisco, CA — 05/09/12) — Mayor Edwin Lee will sign the Safe San Francisco Civil Rights Ordinance today. The Ordinance was passed unanimously by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, May 8. The Mayor will be joined by members of the Coalition for Safe San Francisco. Supervisor Jane Kim, who introduced the Ordinance and has been working closely with the Coalition, will also be in attendance, as will other supervisors supporting the Ordinance.

The Coalition has been working with community members, policy makers and allies for over two years to address racial and religious profiling, transparency and oversight in San Francisco. The Ordinance to be signed requires:

1. adherence to San Francisco and California standards when the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) works with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF),
2. that before any new agreements are entered into between the SFPD and the FBI regarding the JTTF work, that those agreements must be subject to public review and comment before the Police Commission, and
3. yearly reports to the Police Commission of the SFPD’s work with the FBI JTTF.

In the coming months the Coalition will be working with the community, supporting organizations, and various officials to ensure proper implementation of the Ordinance.

Yes I see the difference. I referenced genuine acts of terrorism. I'm pretty certain your sources are Muslim hate sites which list every crime involving a Muslim as an act of terrorism.

Feel free to post a link to your source. Very likely its one of the sources which inspired Brevik's murderous rampage.

Examples of terrorism according to Muslim hate sites:
Two Muslims fighting over money. One uses a knife to stab and kill the other.
An 80 year old Muslim man has a heart attack while driving his car. He plows into a crowd of people, killing one and injuring 3 others.
...and so on

Not an example of terrorism:
Setting off a car bomb in downtown Oslo killing about a dozen people, and then using an assault rifle to slaughter another 60 at a vacation resort.

The main determining factor for these Muslim hate sites as to whether an act of violence is a crime or terrorism, depends on whether a Muslim is involved.
