It could have gone missing anytime after the Federal Reserve was created, let me guess the World Bank is holding it in secret for our own good.
If the World Bank is entitled to 3% interest on every $ printed in the world why do the 'purchasers' never get to keep the remaining $97? Of all the money ever printed the World Bank has squired away almost 2/3 of it for their own, that's theft, and nobody says squat about it. At most they should have 3% of vall the money ever printed (still a tidy sum) We really are our own worst enemy.
