"The White House listed 27 presidential actions taken as of Jan. 25. By Jan. 25, 2017, Trump had issued 14 executive actions. "

"The party that spent four years calling President Trump a dictator are now applauding Joe Biden for setting the record of week-one executive orders."

"Biden once said that excessive reliance on executive orders, ignoring the Legislature, is dictatorial.

Well Joe do you remember saying that it could be dictatorial

Are you aware enough that it now applies to you?"

The Ruling

Mostly true.

If you have to ask what his point is, it means you don't know!

Joe Biden Suspends Trump Executive Order to Lower Insulin, Epinephrine Prices

Under President Trump, prescription drug prices fell, on aggregate, for the first time in nearly half a century.

You can sure tell some people can't afford insulin now though. especially the children. That is so sad! But good for drug company profits!

Yay! GO JOE, GO!!!
;)
...anywhere else!

That EO covered a number of EO's - I am sure it will be addressed withing the 60 day waiting period
Perhaps you should ask why the US has the highest drug costs?
No doubt Trump had a Plan, I would say it was at the same level of Trump replacement HC Plan for the ACA

No I am aware of the owered costs under Trumps EO, but it will be addressed within the time limits- now could he have singled out Insulin as not included in that EO- I do not think so. So could he legally made such an EO? On you now
What else was included in that particular EO
I am sure you have it ready to post

Reason it was temporarily shut down
Trump EO 13937

On July 24, 2020, President Trump signed four executive orders of sweeping breadth that address prescription drug prices. The orders were designed to reduce insulin and injectable epinephrine out-of-pocket expenses for certain individuals, permit drug importation from Canada or through individual waivers, limit prescription drug rebates, and recommence efforts to use external benchmarking to set prices of certain drugs at the level paid by other countries.[2] These executive orders largely attempt to resurrect drug pricing reform initiatives originally mentioned in the Trump administration’s 2018 “Blueprint to Lower Drug Prices and Reduce Out-of-Pocket Costs.”
