It's not alarmist. It's bang on the money.

If my dear wife someday decides she's had enough of Coronation St. and a couple of daytimers she watches, our tv will be kicked to the curb in a heartbeat, along with the dish, and we'll save $50.00/mo. She will be encouraged to purchase the very best laptop available.

The phone will be ripped from the wall, and a nasty call replete with pent up fury will be received by the CEO of Bell, beforehand. A cell will rule. This call will contain, amongst other things, our opinion of the $2.00 charge..........."if we decide to retain a paper bill".....and curt suggestions as to what Bell can do with their "paper"

Some other greedy conglomerate will become our internet "provider", and Sympatico will exist, at our house, no longer.

Whew. OK. The daily Rx and coffee are starting to kick in.

I only ever watch the premium networks. HBO and the like. They're the only people still producing quality shows. Network tv has been horrible for many years. Ive actually never paid a cable bill. When I moved out of my mothers place I decided to just get the internet. Im not going to pay $50/month for 1 or 2 channels Id like.

I don't know about Dog the Bounty Hunter. It wouldn't surprise me if it was. Southern Fried Stings... totally fake.

Sadly even some incidents in Pawn Stars are faked. During an episode one of the people freaking out had one of those audio things on her back
