Weirdly it seems to depend upon your breathing pattern…. And I know that sounds dumb, but…the “And” above is an example.
If you pause while thinking of the correct word it very well may capitalize the following word.
Also, if your mouth is dry, you get very, very unpredictable results. It’s good to have a cup of something close and just have quarter ounce sips as you’re doing text to talk.

Short of proofreading you must enunciate every word and speak them slowly and one at a time. I have often noticed how it will put in well when you say while but you really have to stretch out the vowel on while so it catches that long I sound.
That's why I'll never call this thing a smartphone. Because it's a stupidphone.
