Dishonest Capital One greasy practices. Beware

You're supposed to be ignoring me, remember. Not doing so shows you are weak, which isn't very surprising
I don’t have a problem paying my credit cards.. They changed the grace period length on me on a month when their web sites and notification system were down. And i payed the bill the same day my due date has been For the past 2 years.
Ive payed my balance in full every single other month ive owned this credit card.
They had a major update on their web site that one time I was late 2 days pass on my payment
I am a paperless account. (You know because i try to be good to the environment, not just talke about it) actions speak louder than words
The issue is that Capital One screwed up and they don’t want to take responsibility.
I can understand your frustration. Simple solution. Cancel the card - there are others out there LOL We only use VISA and with all the travel we've done over the years, we've never needed another card!! In fact, we spent a week in Cyprus waaayyyy back when hubby was doing a UN tour. Put everything on our VISA - totalled approx. $1500. Still waiting for the bill LOL

I know, im paperless and their web site was down for major updates for a long period of that month prevented me from doing so
