Eight people per square mile and a country the same size as the whole of Europe but with a population the same size as Uganda and you're full?

A country eight times less crowded than Northumberland, England's least crowded county?

If you want to see what crowded's really like you should come to Britain, especially England. Or go to India.

Monaco, the world's second-smallest country, is the most crowded country. It has 33,000 people but somehow manages to have almost 44,000 people per square mile.

This is a year old, by the way. This is one of those existential moments. Do you hate everything David Suzuki says or do you hate immigrants? Can't do both.

It depends on the type of people.........8 people per square mile in most cases isn't crowded, but with people like you, it would be jammed!

If Suzuki really felt Canada is full he can sell all his houses and leave. He can be replaced by people that want to expand the economy, not destroy it.

What Horse sh-t! Why don't you tell us how many houses Doctor David Suzuki owns? How many should he own. Good grief, the guy is respected all over the wo\rld for his science, He's written several dozen books. He deserves at least your respect.

Is it wrong for David Suzuki to own multiple houses? Wow, I never expected the IM A TAXPAYER crowd to switch sides in the class war.

Welcome, comrades. We have vodka.

Interesting. How did you form your opinion?

I don't have a strong opinion, but I must admit it's a lot higher than my opinion of Paul Watson. There has to be a happy medium, we have to preserve the species of the planet in sufficient numbers to continue and people have to have access to a reasonable level of prosperity.

Some kind of internal dialogue

Who is David Suzuki?
An environmentalist.
That's sounds leftist.
It is.

David Suzuki is a geneticist. He is probably an environmentalist as we all should be within reason. I don't know why the right hate him like they do. Mainly ignorance I guess.

People always push back when someone tells them how to live right or wrong.

There has to be a happy medium. On the opposite end of the spectrum you have these young welfare A$$holes who want working people to quit paying their mortgage and feeding their kids.

True, welfare is a failed policy as is employment insurance.

Not all that hard to figure out. A lot of people are living two weeks away from homelessness and starvation & they get a little up tight when anything happens that's even perceived to be a threat to their job.

At the root of all radical environmentalism is de-population. Humans are deemed to be parasitic intruders into an eco utopia and despoilers of the natural order.

Suzuki and his ilk will never be satisfied with holding the population steady. In the deep recesses of the Environmental creed is a call to remove the human pestilence from planet earth.. leaving a residual community of properly vetted environmental sages and acolytes who can properly appreciate it.. perhaps 5 or 10% of the current population. These are all that can trusted not to intrude into the tranquility of unsullied mystical Nature.

He's a raving fool of course. First of all at no time in human history has the Earth not been able to sustain its population.. whenever critical points of growth have threatened human survival, science has in fact geometrically increased the supply of food and basic necessities. There really are No Limits to growth. That is human destiny. The only sure way to ensure the collapse of the biosphere, is to remove Man from the equation.

The only problem has come with the systems of delivery and the political will to use them.. and the pathological and primitive call of the environmentalists to give up even trying. Suzuki and his lot are a pretty pathetic lot.

How about a billion trillion?
