The local post office is in a store and even has boxes there. Rates are CP rates. The CP outlet down the road sells stamps for the same price as the post office. Mail boxes Etc. in Campbell River has a surcharge on everything including stamps but I don't think they are a Canada Post outlet.

I think Mail Boxes Etc. is a private company. Our local post office is same as yours...a store that charges Canada Post rates. That's what I call a "Canada Post Agent" but I'm likely using the wrong term.
