Don’t think of it as influence peddling. Think of it more as a kind of high-end escort service.
With the obvious difference of course, that it's only the third party (us) that actually gets f*cked.

Wynne is digging a big hole for herself. The next generation of voters will forget her blunders just like previous conservatives of times before in relation to their previous candidates

The Conservatives lost the last election by allowing themselves to be led led by a dufus, Republican style. Most Ontarians are fed up with their government but the choices appeared to be dismal, last election.

clicky and read:

This doesn't seem democratic to me! But what would Wynne care about democracy? Except to sell herself to the voters.

Governments change only when the voters feel that ANYTHING would be better than what they have. Ontario should have reached that point last election but they seem to be slow learners. Surely even the dullest voter will have smartened up before the next election and get rid of the lying Liberals! ANYBODY would be better, and couldn't possibly be worse!

A psychopath tells the most convincing of lies ... like her "I'm so sorry" crocodile tears re gas plants and grateful "thank you" to the suckered who gave her the job. It's not as much dull voters as trusting ones...
