Why it is a simple statistic. I must have been to fifteen celebrations of life this year . Despite me mourning and missing them all , they are still simply a statistic.

Some UNNECESSARY statistics before their time!

British Columbians asked to scale back social interactions as caseload climbs

Ok...fellow British Columbians.... lets pull it together. We can do it. !!!

Like Saskatchewan did after it's spike

COVID-19: Saskatchewan's active cases down to lowest since mid-June

Saskatchewan reported three new cases of COVID-19 and six recoveries on Tuesday, continuing a two-week streak of single-digit case numbers.

Cases considered active fell to 31, the lowest since mid-June.

Three of those people are in hospital, including two in intensive care. All are in Saskatoon.

One of the new cases originated in the Saskatoon region and one originated in the North Central region; the location of the third case is pending.

A series of outbreaks on Hutterite colonies across the province has gradually slowed.

As of Friday, the province had 605 active cases of COVID-19 in communal living settings — more than a third of the 1,622 cumulative cases reported as of Tuesday.

The province conducted 653 COVID-19 tests on Monday.....More mostly about school re-openings

Tam changing the message again what is the real truth? A couple of weeks back she said that vaccines will not be the cure to get back to a normal life now.

High vaccine use urged by Tam, Njoo to beat COVID-19, restore pre-pandemic life

OTTAWA — Canadians will need to roll up their sleeves and get vaccinated in large numbers to finally corral COVID-19 before life can return to a semblance of its pre-pandemic state, Canada's top public health officers said Tuesday.

"Widespread vaccine uptake is the best shot Canadians have in regaining some of what we've lost and returning to things that we cherish — things like holding family and friends closely, having community events and living our lives without the fear of contracting the disease," said Dr. Theresa Tam, the country's chief medical officer.

Tam and her deputy, Dr. Howard Njoo, offered that assessment one day after the Trudeau government announced the latest instalment in its plan to pre-buy tens of millions of doses of potential vaccines, signing deals with two American firms.

The newest deals will allow Canada to buy as many as 76 million doses of a vaccine candidate from Maryland-based biotech company Novavax, and up to 38 million doses of the vaccine being developed by Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceutical company Janssen Inc.

Last month, the government signed similar deals with U.S. companies Pfizer and Moderna that would give Canada access to up to 76 million more doses......More

Or is she just covering for Trudie on his plan to buy the vaccine instead of supporting the Canadian companies that are ready too but cannot start their third trials due to hold ups on the WHO to get supplies needed for large trials as posted a couple weeks ago?

The U.S. government has borrowed trillions of dollars this year to fund its response to the coronavirus pandemic. The budget deficit this year is expected to reach $3.3 trillion, the Congressional Budget Office said.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/us-p...9.N5WA2fJy6h-faQYiH009r0QKdpOcWJwINvplkGZt1wY
and yet the pandemic continues to be out of control. the economy is shaky. and unrest is growing.
I expect it will be higher than that. I think the 3.3 trillion is on top of the 1.2 trillion that was a gift to the 1% from Mousseolini and Moscow Mitch.

Most people tested for Covid don't have it and many who do have it show zero symptoms.

The numbers are being fabricated to make it appear as though we are still in the middle of some plague. When will this bull chit ever end? Probably never as long as there are covidiots out there who keep wearing their face diaper masks. Those covidiots are the reason why forced mask wearing is on the increase. Things are getting worse rather than getting better. What n f'n country full of covidiots. There can be no doubt about it that Canada has more followers than leaders. Pathetic indeed.

B.C. tops 1,000 active COVID-19 cases for first time
https://bc.ctvnews.ca/covid-19-update-b-c-tops-1-000-active-covid-19-cases-for-first-time-1.5086397
......seems that people are not being as responsible in following the directives as they should be. So their behavior is contributing to the increase in numbers. It is not like they don't know what to do.
Wear your mask and keep your distance.......... What is so hard about that?? Unless.... folks WANT this pandemic to continue indefinitely....... with more loss of life etc.

Go away with your fabricated Covid bull chit, covidiot. You are one of the reasons why this virus bull chit is still sticking around and more people are being forced to wear face diaper masks. Stop living in a world of fear and panic and paranoia and grow up and start acting like a leader and not a follower. Try it sometime.

He is very afraid and angry....... and not sue how to deal with all the stress this has created. So verbally "acting out" is all he knows. Life is different now......and some just can't adapt.

And just what are you doing to help decrease the number of infections, Einstein?

Never mind Sweden (we don't know how their reporting works) You just have to compare Canada and the U.S. to get your answer.
Do you think Canada and the US report the same? We already know that many deaths are being attributed to COVID19 when in fact it was at least secondary cause because hospitals were told to report that way. Many times it is just the final nail in the coffin to someone that was about to die regardless.

The rules change daily. Today Dr. Tam recommended either solo sex or wear a face diaper when having sex with the person you are living with. Still haven't seen anyone in charge explaining to people the health risks of wearing the same face diaper all day long.

Yeah, there's always going to be discrepancies but maybe they balance out (more or less) between the two countries. Regardless the U.S. record is a hell of a lot worse than ours. There was a comparison shown between B.C. and Washington state a day or so ago, their numbers are 5 to 10 times as high. Nuff said.

Yeah, but there are important exceptions like the 19 year old who died recently.
