You are such a Liberal.. GOD!! It's my body I don't want a vaccine.. just like the abortionists.. Blackie is a Liberal.. 😂😂

I always knew you were full of shit..

I believe that the curve is going to start to go up again come this fall. This covid bullshit will never end. Here in BC, in the Okanagan, good old Bonnie comrade globalist Henry has implemented and has brought back the old covid restrictions once again because of some dozen or so people contracting covid. Just when we were starting to taste freedom again, this lying bulshit starts up again. Next it will be all of BC. I want all of these bull shitting politicians like Henry and Horgan and all of the politicians in BC arrested and charged and jailed with crimes against the BC people and crimes against humanity. That is the only way all of this bullshit will ever end. Sadly, I believe that the majority of stupid people of BC will once again fall into the covid trap. The stupid never seems to learn. (n)

Covid hit the nursing home here too, before the vaccine came out...
Anti vaccers should pay their own hospital bill instead of the government/taxpayer!

I love those conspiracies. They happen every day here in Canada. There are just some stupid people in Canada that will only believe what their lying politicians and the lying media tells them. I won't mention those stupid people's names. They know who they are. LOL.

And that should go the same for those stupid buffoons who took the vaccine shot and still ended up with covid and ended up in some hospital. I, as a non vaccinated smart person, will have to pay for those buffoons who took the covid jabs and got sick by catching covid later. They should pay their own hospital bills instead of me. Bullshit.

Something killed them and it was not covid. Why was this one certain care home that ended up with so many deaths while others did not? Answer me that, fool? :p

Northern Ontario,
The cost for one day is
$1,100 per day in an acute-care hospital bed.
Compare that to two doses off the vaccine at $37per dose
It doesn't take a genius to do the cost value analysis
And that should go the same for those stupid buffoons who took the vaccine shot and still ended up with covid and ended up in some hospital. How about some data/proof of that bullshyte you're spewing???
And I don't mean one case here and there that the vaccine doesn't protect

Just as most Canadians appear set to take a deep breath and poke their heads above the pandemic parapet after more than a year of lockdowns and other restrictions, another monster has shown up on the coronavirus scene.

One that could put a damper on any summer celebrations to mark the nearing end of the pandemic.

The Delta variant of COVID-19, which first showed up in India in late 2020, has taken over as the most fearsome version of the novel coronavirus. It is not only most prevalent variant in many countries, it’s also the most transmissible, even in people who have been fully vaccinated.

Delta has been found in more than 120 countries and the World Health Organization believes it is fast becoming the dominant strain, if it’s not already.

“The biggest risk to the world at the moment is simply Delta,” microbiologist Sharon Peacock, who runs Britain’s efforts to sequence the genomes of coronavirus variants, told Reuters. She also called it the “fittest and fastest variant yet.”

It’s also the variant that could put the brakes on the reopening of Canada, should it get a real foothold here.

But there are other variants that should give us pause, including the little-talked-about Lambda strain — it originated in Peru and was first identified in August 2020 — that the WHO and Health Canada have deemed a “variant of interest.” There are 10 versions of COVID on the Public Health Agency of Canada list of variants of interest, including Lambda, while Delta is one of four on the Canadian list of variants of concern.

Here’s a look at both variants, which are two of the many mutations of the original coronavirus that causes COVID-19. All variants have been named by the WHO after letters of the Greek alphabet.

DELTA VARIANT

What makes the formidable Delta variant, which makes up roughly 83% of the new infections in the U.S., so dangerous is how easily it is spread. Originally termed the B.1.617.2. variant, Delta is considered far more contagious than the original strain of SARS-CoV-2. “Delta will certainly accelerate the pandemic,” Dr. F. Perry Wilson said on the Yale Medicine website. Delta is spreading 50% faster than the Alpha variant (originally identified in the United Kingdom), which was 50% more contagious than the original strain of SARS-CoV-2, according to Wilson.
Unvaccinated people — those who are not received both doses of the vaccine — are at the most risk of contracting the Delta variant. But there is mounting evidence that Delta can also infect fully vaccinated people, who in turn may pass the virus along to others. Children and young people (adults under 50) are also thought to be at higher risk. “Delta seems to be impacting younger age groups more than previous variants,” Dr. Inci Yildirim, a pediatric infectious diseases specialist and a vaccinologist, said on the Yale Medicine website.
Even fully vaccinated people can transmit the Delta variant to others. According to Reuters, a study in China found that people infected with that variant carry 1,000 times more virus in their noses than the original Wuhan version. “You may actually excrete more virus and that’s why it’s more transmissible. That’s still being investigated,” Peacock told Reuters.
Delta has the ability to spark “hyperlocal outbreaks,” according to Yale Medicine, if it hits urban areas or towns that have low vaccination rates. That could lead to the health care network in that area being overwhelmed.
Experts still believe the best protection against the Delta variant is to be fully vaccinated, although most experts agree there is still much to be learned about this mutation.

LAMBDA VARIANT

Lambda, which is growing in South American countries, is one of 10 variants of interest listed on the PHAC website. It accounts for just over 700 cases sequenced in the United States, though, so it has not taken over as one of the dominant strains in North America. In fact, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has not listed Lambda as either a variant of concern or a variant of interest, although the WHO considered it a variant of interest.
Dr. Stuart Ray, an infectious diseases specialist at Johns Hopkins Hospital, told National Public Radio that that Lambda is “sort of a cousin of the alpha variant” — one of the earliest identified variants of concern. Since it was first identified in Peru, it has spread to places like Argentina, Chile and Ecuador, in addition to the U.S., and can now be found in at least 29 countries.
One of the mutations of the Lambda variant, also known as C.37, is that it’s believed to more transmissible. That said, it doesn’t — and likely won’t — rival Delta for how easily it is spread. “The question is how competitive this variant is going to be. I don’t see it spreading anywhere near as fast as the Delta,” Peter Stoilov, an associate professor of biochemistry at West Virginia University who studies the coronavirus variants, told the Washington Post.
Two of the primary vaccines used in Canada — Pfizer and Moderna — seem to work well in neutralizing Lambda, according to the Post, but the Johnson & Johnson vaccine isn’t as effective. “The vaccines induce such good antibodies that even if the virus is a little bit resistant they are still quite sufficient to kill the virus,” Nathaniel Landau, a microbiologist at the New York University who studies the variants, told the Post.

It's my choice whether to have a vaccine or not. Forcefully giving someone a vaccine against their will is against international law and against Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights. When it comes to vaccines it actually is "My body, my choice". It's enshrined in law.

Moderna and Pfizer Lost the Clinical Trial Control Group Testing Efficacy and Safety

By Joe Hoft

Moderna and Pfizer somehow lost the clinical control group testing the safety and efficacy of their COVID vaccines.

The Conservative Treehouse reported:

This is not just scientific madness, it appears to be very intentional and purposeful.
The Moderna and Pfizer vaccine tests were conducted, as customary, with a control group; a group within the trial who were given a placebo and not the test vaccine. However, during the trial -and after the untested vaccines were given emergency use authorization- the vaccine companies conducting the trial decided to break protocol and notify the control group they were not vaccinated. Almost all the control group were then given the vaccine.
Purposefully dissolving the placebo group violates the scientific purpose to test whether the vaccine has any efficacy; any actual benefit and/or safety issues. Without a control group there is nothing to compare the vaccinated group against.
The Conservative Treehouse referenced a report from of all places, NPR.

“Dr. Carlos Fierro, who runs the study there, says every participant was called back after the Food and Drug Administration authorized the vaccine.
“During that visit we discussed the options, which included staying in the study without the vaccine,” he says, “and amazingly there were people — a couple of people — who chose that.”
He suspects those individuals got spooked by rumors about the vaccine. But everybody else who had the placebo shot went ahead and got the actual vaccine. So now Fierro has essentially no comparison group left for the ongoing study. “It’s a loss from a scientific standpoint, but given the circumstances I think it’s the right thing to do,” he says.
People signing up for these studies were not promised special treatment, but once the FDA authorized the vaccines, their developers decided to offer the shots. (read more)

What is really going on with these vaccines? Really, and what are they trying to hide? This appears criminal.
